Very welcoming reception. Evening meal was awful. Couldn't get under shower as water was too hot. Breakfast was a nightmare. People sat down after us got served before us. Eggs Royal came with no eggs and full breakfast came with wrong eggs. Waiter accidently dropped a flower stem into my coffee (and the water they were in was not fresh) and left it for me to replace coffee. Not impressed.

Heel warme welkom door de gastheer. Direct gevoel van thuiskomen. Oase van rust...zowel in huis als de omgeving. Heel behulpzaam in het uitstippelen van wandelroutes. Het ontbijt zeer uitgebreid...veel zelfgemaakte producten! Onze hond (vizla) was heel welkom.

Stayed 1 night , if I could have gone home I would have 100% . First impression very dark outside with no street lights. Room very damp and musty and dirty! Mattress stained, damp windows, carpet disgusting ?? I wouldn’t put my dog in here !!!

A terrible, cheap 1-star hostel, not a 3-star hotel and certainly not a villa. The photos are very deceptive since it is the worst hotel in Indonesia. The area is an old industrial area of Garut with no restaurants or shopping area. The bed is very old sagging and smelly that gives you a backache. The furniture are old, smelly and falling apart. There is no ventilation or cool air since hotel is enclosed. The bathroom is open so that mosquitos and bugs can enter freely. The room has a very old and small 19' TV that has only few channel and poor reception. The only guests are old local men who are smoking in the pool area since the rooms are terrible. I had to leave after 15 minutes since I could not stay there longer; it felt more like a jail than a hotel. I decided to give up my payment since the hotel did not give a refund. What a nightmare and it is not worth the cheap price you pay since you will be guaranteed a terrible experience. The hotel feel like a 50 year old abandoned building.

Rooms was good, all food we got room service for was totally cold. Not even a little bit warm. We spent a week there. Be prepared to do lots of walking. Everything is so spread out. Some meals you are at a different resort. You take shuttle to if you can get one. We travel every couple months to cancun area to try different resorts. This is one, I would not visit again. So many very rude employees. Its ashamed that you look so forward to going and to just waste of money

It was an adventure. We’d arranged to have a hotel shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The driver was not there, and we called the hotel; the staff was agitated, and could not explain it. It turns out the driver had fallen asleep while waiting (it was after midnight), and it took a while for him to wake up. He drove us to hotel with his brights on, despite other cars flashing theirs to request that he dim his lights.
The hotel staff was polite, although some of them smelled so bad that we had to air out our room when they entered it.
At dinner, we were given a menu. Almost everything had onions, garlic, and/or peppers, none of which I eat. So, I ordered sea food, and was then told they had no sea food. I guess they don’t know what they don’t have until someone orders it… So, I had a bowl of rice for dinner. We saw that, when guests left the dining room after eating, place mats were simply brushed off to clear the crumbs, rather than replaced with clean ones.
The Presidential Suite was a standard hotel room with a bedroom and a living room. It had a small kitchenette with a non-working stove and non-working refrigerator. The image of the Presidential Suite shown on the website showing plush furniture is actually their lobby.
