I am sorry to report that my husband and myself had a 2 night stay in this hotel. Firstly the positives. The buffet breakfast is very nice and the coffee from a machine is acceptable. The area is very nice and suited us as it was very nice and near the metro and nice restaurants. For two nights the bar opposite was extremely loud but that is not the fault of the hotel. The room we had is very small i realise that Paris hotels are small but this is small. The bathroom isn't small it is weeny. My husband struggled to have a shower as it is that ‘small’. This room is for a single person. The reception staff are pleasant.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti, con una spesa superiore ai 500€ per una camera standard, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto deludente rispetto alle aspettative. Si tratta di una struttura classificata come 5 stelle, ma estremamente datata e bisognosa di un importante rinnovamento. Il letto era molto cigolante e scomodo, la televisione decisamente antiquata (con un vecchissimo decoder Sky con addirittura presa scart), e gli armadi risultavano rovinati e poco curati. Inoltre, il copriletto era sporco di biro, dettaglio davvero poco accettabile per una struttura di questo livello. La televisione, peraltro, inizialmente non funzionava e siamo stati costretti a contattare la reception per risolvere il problema. Anche il bagno ha lasciato molto a desiderare: la vasca idromassaggio appare obsoleta e poco mantenuta, con evidenti segni di calcare, e il doccino è semplicemente inqualificabile. è un vero peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe un grande potenziale e potrebbe offrire un’esperienza davvero luxury. Tuttavia, la totale assenza di interventi di rinnovamento rende il rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente non adeguato. Non ci sentiamo di consigliarlo nelle condizioni attuali.

Stayed for 6 nights, Room was tiny for a double, (broom cupboard) very dated with wallpaper peeling off the walls and mould in the bathroom and around the windows. The extractor didn't work. The towels and bedding was thin and threadbare Wifi was intermittent at best, room was very hot with no control on the temperature. The owners are from east Asia and hotel doubled as a Thai restaurant with cooking smells through the hotel. There were language issues with the owners and complaining wasn't an easy option. Other issues included the car park being used as a car /scrap car sales area, I was told by a family member not to park there because cars were being collected. I could go on..... Finally it was extremely overpriced ￡115 per night

Great staff, very clean. Not really any amenities. Also, we were shocked that any hotel with more than one storey would not have an elevator ?? and the unfortunate desk clerk was evidently told by the owners to say that the 3 storey building didn't have an elevator was because it was on a hill!!(???) What in the world does a hill have to do with elevators? The front of the hotel looks rather undesirable due to patios with plastic chairs facing the parking lot with people's plastic coolers sitting around. Otherwise clean with friendly staff and an indoor/outdoor pool. The backside is lovely with a woodsy natural area to look at.

Great pub restaurant and hotel. Breafast more than ample. All local produce
