Guest：The dinner menu was terrible the quality of the meat was super bad and the drinks were filled with less quality alcohol
Guest：We lost a whole day trying to figure out payment, room accommodations such as I booked for a king size bed and I was put in a twin bed room, this has been the worse sleep I had in a long time it was so uncomfortable 2 adults sleeping in a twin bed. I wish we had a better experience to remember our 15th year anniversary. And btw make sure you bring “brand new dollar bills” if you are planning on paying with USD because they would not take a bill if it shows sings of normal fading lines from folding or rips. I can’t believe I spend this much money to experience this poor service.
Guest：Staff and amenities and all the animals was great Food left quite a bit to be desired, Mexican à la carte was actually bad, hardly any flavour. Buffets were okay. The other à la cartes were just okay, nothing great. Overall the resort and the atmosphere made this a great stay, as well as the taco restaurant, which we ate at frequently, I wish it was open earlier though
