On the positive side, this is probably the most secure hotel I have ever stayed in. At night, I needed 5 room key scans to get into my room. One scan to enter the lobby, a second scan to move from the lobby to the room with the elevator, a third scan to get into the elevator, a fourth scan to enter the floor your room is on, and finally a fifth scan to go into your actual room. If safety is a concern, this hotel is definitely for you. Also on the positive side, the room was quite large by European standards. The hotel location was also excellent if you have business in Media City. On the downside, there is virtually no staff there. You check yourself in at the kiosk in the lobby and you drop your key at the front door when you leave. If you need to call a taxi, there is a phone with a sign in the lobby, no staff to help you call one. The room was also run down. The room's desk needed some repair. If there were 3.5 stars to give, I would give it that rating.

I read a lot of bad reviews before coming here and they did put me off a bit. I am glad they didn’t though because my experience was very good. The location is stunning, I could sit and watch the waves all day. It is isolated but the hotel is big so that wasn’t a problem for me. The staff are all super friendly and the hotel is very clean. I preferred the infinity pool area as it was quite quiet and the views were really nice. The rooms are comfortable, yes a bit outdated but not enough to effect my stay, I even had a partial sea view. The food is about average I would say, there’s a lot of choice so even the fussy eaters will find something. If you’re expecting 5 star food you will be a tad disappointed. The weather is very deceptive, with the wind it would be easy to to get burnt ( just ask my wife). The night time entertainment wasn’t to my taste and probably needs looking at, I did mange to watch a fair bit of football in the sports bar though. My tips for a good time would be : Don’t underestimate the weather Go on the full island trip Download movies on your iPad Don’t listen to the bad reviews Spend time on the beach. I had a fantastic week and would definitely come back.

This is a very nice hotel, the host was very welcoming, and the room was excellent. I had a great night's sleep, and the breakfast was superb. Thank you, I'll definitely stay again.

Il personale è fantastico, il ristorante buono ma la star è naturalmente la colazione... che vale qualsiasi spesa! La stella mancante è solo perchè l'albergo non è particolarmente moderno o accessoriato... ma ci tornerei di corsa!

病み上がりの夫と久々の旅行でしたが 目の前が海で、とても癒されました。 朝日は最高です?? 展望露天风吕もとても良かったです。疲れが取れ、心身共に 元気になりました。 ありがとうございました。

Room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, breakfast is in serious need of updating, juice containers constantly empty, cutlery dirty, crumbs all over the dishes, egg gooey and undercooked, coffee luke warm, did not enjoy at all

Clean room with a lot of space. Staff was pleasant. They did a great job of clearing the parking lot and sidewalks of the snow and ice.
