Everything was perfect except the parking. So unnecessarily complicated. It was the biggest let down. Maybe have someone at the boom gate to direct people. 1 colleague spent more that 20min trying to find their spot. oh, and returning to my room after night 1 and the bed was not done and no cleaning down - don't know what the process it. But overall, 5 star. Just sort out the parking. I think guest should be able to check-out, leave the key at reception and maybe give them a ticket to drive out. Fact that I had to drive out, go in circle to the front. Check out. drive out in circle again - that was just a lot. cool

Greeted by manager who took lots of time to make recommendations for places to visit around Melbourne. The apartment was clean and well cared for. Met all of our expectations! Highly recommend.

Great hotel but it would be nice if some room detail were take care off. Our coffee maker was not working and our lotion in the bathroom had water inside the bottle instead of a lotion.

Es war zum wiederholten Mal ein absolut gro?artiger Aufenthalt. Selbst wenn man au?ergew?hnlich w?hlerisch sein m?chte, kann man wirklich nichts – aber auch gar nichts – Negatives sagen. Es ist einfach alles unfassbar sch?n. Das Hotel, die Rezeption, die Bedienung, das Spa und natürlich die Küche – alles auf h?chstem Niveau. Wie Sie alle gemeinsam eine solche Leistung erbringen, ist für uns kaum zu begreifen. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt und vom Feinsten gegessen. Vielen, vielen Dank an ALLE – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Was a lovely stay . Rooms nice and clean comfy bed . Should have asked for another pillow . Great friendly staff . Loved that we could use the lessors facilities too . Just couldn’t have a massage due to being full . Would definitely book again

The apartment was clean and inviting, the staff were very welcoming. A great location if staying in the eastern suburbs. Train station 500 metres away, supermarket close by.

I can only review based on the lobby as the room I had booked was not actually available upon my arrival. I didn’t even get to stay at the hotel I booked. Instead they put me at the hotel next door which was not as clean or up to date but was fine for my purposes. I was very disappointed to not get to stay in the room I had actually booked though.
