Just returned from a wonderful holiday. Great hotel, delicious food, friendly staff. Lovely warm temperatures and super location to the local town. All travel worked out well including the pick ups to and from the airport. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are super smiley and friendly. I enjoyed it so much I have already booked to return in January 2027. Can’t wait…50 weeks and counting down.

Night two of my stay was after a 16 hour shift, when I got the door of the hotel my keycard wasn’t working. I pressed the assistance button many times and nothing happened. I had to search for a number online but it was really unclear what was exclusively for the hotel so when I initially called and the automated message started talking about the restaurant and I hung up. I eventually called that number again and managed to get through to the overnight staff but I was standing around for over half an hour after midnight. Next morning I had housekeeping chap once and immediately let herself into my room which was alarming since I was about to get changed. She apologised but i’m also upset that locking the door doesn’t stop everyone from walking into the room. It was a clean room and reception staff were really lovely. Shame that I had those two incidents which spoiled my stay.

La camera era discreta il bagno invece faceva schifo, sporco, maleodorante e mancante di tutti gli accessori. Spesso è mancata l'elettricità e quindi anche l'acqua ed il wifi. Ristorante sufficiente ma carente sul menu. Personale attento e disponibile. L'Hotel ha bisogno di urgente ristrutturazione,

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but fairly small. Unfortunately all I could heal all night was the footsteps of the guests in the room above me, which sounded a bit like they were part of the Riverdance crew.

Staff dedicado e atencioso. Sra. Pilar entrega mapa com todas facilidades, como ?nibus, paradas e atra??es. Praticamente anexo a um “El Corte Inglês”, com todas amenidades possíveis. Quarto espa?oso. Tudo perfeito.

Spotless, yes. Large room. very small bathroom; no amenities.

Fairly regular the bar andl always a great atmosphere . The Guinness is fantastic and when Tim Netty and Fiona are on there is always a bit of craic.

Location is perfect to get to multiple places in Cape town as a tourist. You can get to the mall for restaurants or groceries if you want to cook. The apartment is cleaned all the time and towels are refreshed if you need them to be. The staff are very responsive on the WhatsApp number and very helpful. The outdoor pool was great during the warm weather we had too.
