Thatcher was an excellent massage therapist who was very attentive to my aches and pains?? she made adjustments with my treatment as I asked, and went above and beyond my expectations. After my massage I met Steve the entertainer… he is a talented entertainer with good dance moves… BothThatcher and Steve are very pleasant to talk to!

Staff was nice and very workable however, the room had markings and dents in the wall and the vent looked like it had been tampered with.

Staff are nice, hotel has a nice bar, rooms are really dated and need refreshing. We moved rooms first day as there was a smell and it was scruffy Second room was better but still outdated and dulll. Wouldn’t pay over €125 euros a night

Novotel Hotel in Kuta Lombok is honestly an amazing place to stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, peaceful, and perfect if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to unwind. What really stood out for me was the staff — incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. That said, the location is quite remote. It’s not within walking distance of Kuta centre, so you’ll need to arrange a car. The hotel can organise transport for about 50,000 rupiah one way (roughly a five-minute drive). There’s no Grab or regular taxi service around because the local community supports their own drivers, which is actually a positive thing and understandable. If your plan is to relax, enjoy the hotel, and take things slow, it’s a fantastic choice. But if you like exploring, dining out frequently, or moving around a lot, keep in mind that you’ll need transport everywhere — and depending on where you want to go in Lombok, some trips can easily take a few hours.

The room was very clean, the hotel was lovely and clean. The spa was amazing and all the staff in the hotel were very friendly. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again ??

It was a perfect stay ...the staff is very polite and even they have good variety of breakfast menu...I fully recommended the stay

really nice hotel , lovely amenities and location. only issue was under the bed hadnt been checked as had a past couples lubricant apart from that amazing place to stay definitely recommend.

Very good. ?Excellent location for my purposes, although was on business not holiday. The zoo would be nice to visit next time when weather better
