Nel cuore d'abruzzo, a pochi km da Lanciano e ancor meno dal mare nella zona della Costa dei Trabocchi, pertanto in posizione strategica, facile da trovare. Centro commerciale nei paraggi. Ampio parcheggio di fronte alla struttura, recintata ma non custodita. Check in rapido. Stanza adeguata al prezzo, con qualcosa di datato, ma tutto perfettamente funzionante: TV da aggiornare, ma è un dettaglio insignificante, quando riposi bene. Abbiamo preso una doppia con letti singoli. Alla richiesta di cuscino e coperta aggiuntiva hanno esperito nel giro di pochissimi minuti. Stanza ben insonorizzata, calda e bagno ampio e pulito. Colazione con dolce e salato, tutto nella norma, fresco e gustoso, servizio al tavolo di caffè e cappuccino. Vale la spesa e ringraziamo per la cortesia.

Soggiorno nel complesso buono. Hotel al centro, stazione e servizio vari a due passi. Unica pecca poca scelta di pietanze (a cena perché non ho usufruito della colazione) nel ristorante, anche se la qualità dei prodotti era ottima. Gentilezza e accoglienza da parte del personale

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Hotel liegt an einer sch?nen und ruhigen Lage. Die Sommerterrasse war sehr sch?n mit toller Aussicht. Das Personal im Service dürfte etwas aufmerksamer sein z.B. auf Kindermenü hinweisen und manchmal wirkt es das sie einfach nur ihr Job zwar freundlich aber Minimum der Aufmerksamkeit erledigen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet viel und gute Auswahl.

It is the only hotel within the walls of the fortified town. Friendly, efficient staff, helpfully changed my room when l did not like the one first assigned to me. I found both balcony rooms quite gloomy. The light comes in through the balcony which is in most cases enclosed by thick wooden lattice shutters. These can be partially opened. In summer the shutters are presumably a welcome source of shade. But they do make the rooms gloomy. Some rooms have an open view over the fortress walls to the country beyond, others a more confined view of the houses and roofs opposite. The bedroom l was first offered was quite spacious, the one l chose less gloomy and with a better view but felt a bit cramped with big furniture. Rooms without balconies might be brighter. Bedside lamps good enough for reading, but not the other lighting. Only some rooms have a fridge. No room safe. Kettle in room. Teabags and bottled water provided on arrival, the former sometimes replenished. Wifi often weak in bedroom (two bars out of three), weaker on balcony; but almost no actual loss of connexion. Heating took the edge off the evening chill but did not get the room warm (temperature could not be adjusted). No electric socket by the bed. Curtains did not keep out daylight. The hotel has various different common sitting areas both inside and outside that are pleasant and where l spent much of my time. Breakfast is a reasonable standard buffet.
