H?tel très bien situé, chambre spacieuse et personnel très accueillant.
En revanche, il faut faire couler très longtemps avant d'obtenir de l'eau chaude et il n'y a pas de four à micro ondes. Ils auraient pu laisser dans la cuisine au moins des essuie-tout, un peu d'huile, du sel, des torchons,... Il n'y a absolument rien. Il faut tout emporter de chez soi ou acheter en arrivant.

No había toalla para manos, no tenían cobijas, el lavabo estaba afuera del cuarto y muy feo, no fueron amables, no tenía techo el lavabo, mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo.

酒店位置超级好,就在车站旁边,坐车15分钟就可以到斯德哥尔摩市中心。周边超市和餐馆也都有。早餐也很好吃。

主要两个问题
1.噪音
住在5楼,凌晨四点就被房间外面的声音吵醒,退房的时候问服务员説是穆斯林的祷告声。
我尊重宗教信仰,但影响我的睡眠就不行。无论是酒店的设施问题,隔音做的不好,还是算酒店环境问题都可以,但不能给客人一个安静的睡眠保障,就不是好的酒店。
2.态度傲慢
酒店基本不回覆邮件,看到备注接机需要提前一天联系酒店,抱着试试看的心态入住当天发了封邮件谘询,没有回覆。
以为是没有订单不回覆,就下了订单再发邮件,结果还是不回覆。
落地了,携程帮忙沟通也仍然无果。
自己大从机场打车去酒店7公里多的路程,grab要47元,blue bird 要75元,机场可能有额外的收费。
虽然距离机场比较近,但自己打车费用不低。
