Room had been prepared by Julie lie and it smelt absolutely lovely when we we walked in ?? hotel is located next door to gare du Lyon, so ideal for those early morning train journeys

The room was clean. However, I paid in full for my room on ********** & then the hotel held the full nights stay on my card without telling me PLUS $100 incidentals for a 1 night stay! The emphasized where was best to park which I didn’t realize why there was so much emphasis until the next morning when I went to leave & saw 2 vehicles with their windows smashed out. This hotel is in upper scale suburb. I will not be staying here again.

Scelto per caso durante un viaggio con amici. Siamo rimasti delusi un po’ su tutto! Dalla pulizia alla colazione del mattino. Inoltre al check in, siamo stati informati che l’aperitivo era gratuito, invece abbiamo ritrovato l’addebito sulla nostra camera. Non è per i 16 euro ( per 4 persone), ma per la poca chiarezza della cameriera di turno che ci ha servito.

The staff is superb, polite, excellent services. But the hotel room abit old and not fixed well. Maybe because of peak season, the breakfast time is full of people and need to queue for table. Don’t think the hotel reach expectations as 5 star hotel.

Hotel is neat n clean.kamakhya temple &other few sightseeing are nearby,food is testy n variety of choices.staff is good n caring.

Location very strategic. Walking distance to Station Surabaya Gubeng.
