Room had broken soap dish in shower, no hot water, broken chair which ii almost fell off. The room smelled bad, microwave had rust inside and what appeared to bee mold.

What a super experience we had for our 2 night stay at this delightful property. A very spacious and well equipped room just across from the swimming pool, lots of nooks to read a book in or chat in the many public areas and super helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure our comfort and well being. I was particularly grateful for the advice plus the offer to book activities in the local area.

After a three-hour drive and arriving just after midnight, I was greeted by the genuinely welcoming smile of Diane. She went out of her way to help and made sure I was able to get a room, which I was incredibly grateful for at that hour. Her kindness and professionalism turned a potentially stressful arrival into a really positive experience. I can’t thank her enough.

Negativ: Das Zimmer war sehr staubig. (Hausstauballergie, hatte einen Asthmaanfall), Handtücher sind sehr alt (ausgefranst). Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft alt (abgebl?tterte Tapete).
