Ci siamo recati in questo hotel per visitare una cantina lì vicino l’accoglienza è stata positiva ma non per la camera essendo un hotel a quattro stelle sono andata sul sicuro per quanto riguarda la stanza molto carina ma il problema che c’erano 17° dentro la reception molto gentile, ci ha fornito una stufetta, almeno per fare la doccia arrivata in camera troviamo carta igienica finita e Water non santificato con sigillo.. per quanto riguarda la doccia non scaricava l’acqua e abbiamo dovuto fare una doccia di cinque minuti per fortuna abbiamo fatto solo un giorno ma se avessi fatto più giorni avrei chiesto il cambio di camera probabilmente è stata la nostra camera a non essere stata controllata, però in un hotel a quattro stelle, pretendo visto che ho pagato 120 € di avere un servizio eccellente. Inoltre, la reception ci comunica che l’orario di chiusura dell’hotel è mezzanotte e al nostro rientro dovevamo entrare dai garage. Io mi chiedo ma un hotel a quattro stelle se così si può definire, non c’è il servizio di reception 24 ore su 24. Per quanto riguarda la colazione molto soddisfacente, c’era una vasta scelta di prodotti molto molto buoni

Ce dimanche avec mon épouse nous allez déjeuner a la grange de condé un tres belle accueil et on nous installer en terrasse magnifique tres propes et tres fleurie le serveur benjamin nous installer et nous a demandé si on voulait prendre un apéritif et nous a conseillé la reine dorée l apéritif maison crème de mirabelle et crémant et le fruit Asperge sauce mousseline et jambon fabuleux et mon épouse le foi gras fait maison un délice porcelet r?ti et filet filet de b?uf tres tendre et les pomme de terres r?ties vraiment tops Benjamin nous a conseillé un vin blanc un chablis grand cru le chateau mon grenouille exceptionnelle vraiment une tres belle découverte merci Pour finir le dessert Fraises nature des jardins de vitré Et une profiterolle Tres belle journée Merci a benjamin pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse et son sourire On recommande le restaurant vraiment tops merci

Resort abbastanza carino, ambienti confortevole e rilassanti, giardino molto bello, personale abbastanza gentile. Mi aspettavano una pulizia impeccabile della stanza, purtroppo non è stato così. Presentava polvere, e si intravedevano da sopra il lenzuolo capelli sul materasso. Si dovreste prestare un po' più di attenzione a questo.

We had lovely holiday and the best time at your hotel The staff was really lovely , friendly and very helpful expect the lady with specs at reception on our first day we found her rude .. rest was beautiful and we made very special memories thank you for everything.

Great hotel. Next to train and tram station. Comfy room, nice bed, good shower and nice toiletries. Breakfast was very good. Leisure facilities too.

Charming Austrian hotel in a small village in a beautiful valley. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with pretty views. Nice breakfast with great coffee.
