The cost was very reasonable and we found the rooms clean but dated. The staff were not very accommodating initially however they did seem to warm up after a day. We had booked for 3 adults to stay in one room but they would only give us 2 cups for coffee. Our meals at the in-house restaurant (Cactus Beer Garden) were very good. The continental breakfast was minimal and the waitress 'guarded' it sternly! We felt the hotel was in the middle of nowhere (industrial/business area) with no other services near so we had to shuttle everywhere. However it was far enough away from the airport that there was very little airplane noise. The best part of our stay was the shuttle driver, Jonathan, who gave us exceptional service-very reliable and friendly, and ALWAYS on time!

乾净，位置也不错，也很安全。但，在我还未退房的时候有两个陌生人（一男一女）前后用卡刷开了我房间的门，我当时正在换衣服！幸运的是我已经换好了。我和前台反应了之后她只是表示她会和刷开房门人反应，甚至一句抱歉都没有！作为女性我感到被冒犯……

Built in 1989, and not touched since. The mattress springs poked me in the side, the furniture would be rejected by charity shops, the cold single glazing and red hot radiator were a classic 80’s touch, and the rusty 30+ year old fridge was warmer than the fbreakfast.

this is my second stay here..will always be my frst choice if i’m in penang..love the hospitality,cleanliness and the strategic place…easy access to the beach and many choices of food nearby..

Room was a very generous size with mini fridge and coffee. Nice and clean. We also use the Jacuzzi and the pool area was also very clean. Very nice hot breakfast is also included.
