We had a wonderful room with a great view. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the shows were fun, pools are great. Main pool is lovely and fun with lots of activities. The buffet had lots of options and the restaurants served amazing food. Perfect beach front access and good location. Easy to get to the malicon and downtown. David and Enrique went over the top with their service. This is our second visit and there was still lots to discover the second time around. Only complaint is we would have liked to have the option to pay half a day between morning checkout and late afternoon flight, or a late checkout fee.

Extra clean rooms especially the bathroom! I have a thing about showers that I havnt cleaned myself. Usually I can feel a layer of soap scum if it hasnt been cleaned well enought but the walls of the shower in our one bedroom suite was pristine. We had a third set of towels even though there was only two of us. Breakfast was superb! Bagels, bread, toaster, hot fluffy scambled eggs with topping options, perfectly crisp bacon, optional oatmeal with tons of toppings yogurt and and a make your own waffle station. Everything was great and the staff was very helpful and just nice which not a lot of people are these days. The outdoor pool was closed for winter and we were there one night for a comedy show so we didnt do much around the hotel except eat and sleep. On sunday breakfast ends at ten and a wonder I have never seen before is that check out is at 12 (noon). After filling our stomachs we went back to the room and took a nap after our late night. We woke up a little bit late and each jumped in the shower taking turns gathering all of our stuff and didnt get the keys back to the desk until 1215 but they didnt charge us for a late check out. The blanket situation seemed a little flat but they had a spare set of linens in the closet so I grabbed the extra blanket and it was perfect and the pillows were thick and fluffy, i want one for home!

Wife unsatisfied and cracked it because the pool had a curfew an closed at sunset so she couldn't go swimming.had to cut holiday short an drive home 5 hours

Sehr sauberes Apartement. Die kleine Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und bietet für jeden etwas. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Parken in der eigenen Tiefgarage.

Clean room. Nice front desk staff. Very nice shuttle driver. Shuttle available 24 hours per day.

设施：很一般，基本就是好用。 衞生：还可以，正常水平。 环境：离市中心的步行街非常近，走路一分钟就到，离超市也很近，旁边还有个中餐馆。 服务：很好，前台很热情。
