Clean but remember we’re in tropics, so lots of bugs outside. Some get in, otherwise. Simple place but most stunning views. For a few days hiking, st Anne’s volcano about 45min drive, a must hike. Moderate. It’s a sleepy place. Great wifi, can jet ski or kayak, sadly no time there left

Where to start?! Absolutely dreadful. Room dirty, filthy light shades and carpet. Fan wouldn't stop in bathroom. Called reception. Lack luster response. Finally came to look/listen after considerable time. Told us pipes in roof faulty. Decided not to stay. Was promised full refund. Months on absolutely nothing from them.

Everything was great. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing was the room was not serviced afternoon first night. I asked fir it to be done...but the ball got dropped. No biggie...I just wanted clean towels, which they gave me when I asked for them.

Clean room, lovely spa area, warm swimming pool great for lengths and only 1.2m throughout. Bar food was nice wouldn't say excellent price was decent considering its a hotel. Good selection for breakfast in the morning.

These apartments are lovely and clean, you can see the sea from your balcony, the only downside was the main road right outside. The lady who checked us in was lovely and I must say the apartment was sparkling clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds lovely to sleep on and the shower was powerful and hot. We had a car so could get around, the only downside are the stairs to get to the apartments, but to be honest these were actually not to bad if you do not have lots of luggage. Would highly recommend this place to stay

Great accommodation, beautiful style, great food in every meal as well as super nice and helpful staff, specially the game drive guides which do an excellent job.
Personalized treatment, the staff pays high attention to details, from your everyday coffee to your food allergies. Overall a wonderful stay!

升级了长安临街房，虽然临街但是隔音很好，酒店服务不错，很有秩序～在王府井这片，出门就是长安街。首都机场打车不到一小时，步行可达国博、天安门、故宫、人民大会堂。
