Excellent hotel. Very well maintained. Good value for money

It was a swift check-in. Location is very central. Unfortunately there are works being done nearby hence, if coming by car, you’d have to get off corner of Bond street. Room is clean but the place is generally a bit old. Wear and tear is obvious. Room service is okay but I always have to request so my room could get cleaned.

Our stay at Sinclairs Retreat, Ooty was truly memorable. The hospitality deserves special mention — the staff are extremely courteous, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. People like Abhishek, Khan, and Naveen stood out for their professionalism, polite behavior, and genuine care for guests. They made us feel welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. The food was another highlight — delicious, well-prepared, and served with great attention. Every meal felt comforting and satisfying, adding to the overall experience. The hotel offers a beautiful panoramic view of the town and surrounding hills, which is especially refreshing in the mornings and evenings. The serene atmosphere and scenic location make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy Ooty’s natural beauty. Overall, Sinclairs Retreat combines excellent service, good food, and breathtaking views. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay in Ooty. We would love to visit again!

The room was quite clean. A little bit unfortunate that we have booked a standard bedroom for two but the room wasn’t available so we got bedroom for three instead.

Have stayed at the Crivis many years. But sadly, needs renovating.

There was no water pressure while taking a shower and th toilet felt a small and low to the ground . It was under Reno so there was no amenities. Did not know there was a $21 dollars for parking

Solo estuvimos de paso porque andábamos en un tours. Muy bueno el desayuno y la cena que teníamos incluida. Sin embargo, sufrí un percance, y solo lo menciono para que tengan cuidado al solicitar la carta de vinos. Para la cena pedí una copa de vino la que se?alé en la carta. Me cobraron la botella completa la que decía 14 euros. Para no generar problema le dije que ok, pero que yo no había pedido la botella. Al cancelar me cobraron 22 euros, porque según ellos la de 14 era mas peque?a. Importante mencionar que esa información no te la dicen menos cuando no hablan el idioma del cliente. Fue el único inconveniente. Frente al hotel hay varios negocios y supermercados.
