Property claimed that all units were unavailable due to water damage, and tried to book us at cheaper hotel in the area. The day before arrival we were contacted that all was well with their property, and they had a premium room for us. When we arrived the property was fully booked and no signs of water damage. I'm guessing this was their 'easy out' on overbooking.
