First thing you notice when you walk is the smell the devil lettuce. Then you notice the pictures online do not represent what you see in person. I didnt even make it my room.

There were insects in the bathroom such as ants. The house cleaning also did not leave soap to wash our hands. On the second day of our stay we also found blood on the sheets. The last thing is that the house cleaning only cleaned our room once on a 5 day trip.

There were some problems with some of the appliances in our room ,the staff and manager looked after the problems promptly and did a room switch and upgrade for the problems ,the end result was a plus for all .Excellent customer service !Thank you !

Staff was very friendly. Spa was clean and great service. Restaurant and bar were very good. Champagne on arrival. S’mores kits to make snacks. The little things make you feel welcome.

this hotel was very disappointing, while the view is wonderful the hotel itself is tired and VERY outdated. windows both in rooms and halls are filthy, parking is very cramped unless you park in the lot across the street. on our last night there we found 2 variety's of cockroach in the bathroom when we turned on the light after arriving back to our room, i took pictures and a video and went to the desk, the front desk agent just went " oh no, but this is Florida its expected"....i lived in Florida for 10 years, cockroaches are not " expected". i told the girl in the morning who actually was nice and she removed the parking fees, but that seemed trivial compared to the experience, she called the manager out but he barely acknowledged that i was there and just checked to make sure she performed the refund correctly. The handle to turn the water on in the shower also just pulls away from the wall when you barely touch it to turn the water on....seems to be missing some sealant? overall the name holiday in should not be on this building! just because your ocean front doesn't mean you can charge luxury prices and not do any upkeep. one day we came back to our room to find no water in the toilet so i flushed it and it backed up, maintenance was pretty quick to show up and fix it, then hand us a flyer to inform of a water shut off the next day which he said should fix the toilet issue so it doesn't happen again but alas it still happened and the water pressure was still terrible
