They don’t provide heating during winter claiming it is normal.

Beautiful comfy room & such fun decor! Staff were super nice! Location was perfect for us! This is going to be my “go to” hotel when I’m in San Francisco. ??

The staff and accommodations were really super. The only bad point was that their elevator was out. But, the hotel did have Scott, one of their staff, carry the heavy stuff upstairs for us. (Scott deserves some additional reward for tramping upstairs with the heavy bags for maintaining a pleasant conversation.) The view was super. The room was spacious, and the manager on duty was very pleasant. It all ended up to a wonderful, brief vacation.

Spacious room that was right at the front of the hotel with a good size balcony and great sea views. It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast.

The outside of the resort is nice. The rooms are a bit dated. I know they will be upgrading them soon but we walked over to The Riu next door which was less in price and the venue was very nice. Also the buffet at the next door venue is so much better. Riu Palace needs to upgrade their food. Also 3 different times we caught them using different alcohol and even water in their bottles. We saw another patron drink tequila and complained it was pure water. The bartender was so embarrassed and immediately fixed the situation. It’s honestly a nice property but needs upgrades.

The Mantra Club Croc hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies at the bar. The room was really spacious and clean. The pool area was lovely too. The location is slightly further out from the centre of Airlie Beach. You can walk within 20 minutes and a local bus stops right outside. However your right next to a retail park with a Coles and other food options.

Endroit tres agréable, vieilles pierres et confort ! Dans un village tranquille. Tres grande chambre et budget très abordable. Bonne cuisine rien à redire. Nous reviendrons.
