I usually stay here and the room is good for the price. I can’t expect more at this rate. However, this time the room had a bad smell and there were bugs. I informed the reception and asked to change rooms, but they ignored my request and said the hotel was fully booked. I was quite disappointed with this experience.

中规中矩的酒店，位置很好，楼下就是lune。80楼大堂风景也很棒，酒店对面有奥特莱斯，有亚洲超市和一个大型超市。步行去几个打卡景点也不太远，位置优势很明显。整体来説，性价比还是很高。没太感受到服务

Staff,service,cleanroom,ameneties and everything else. They make sure that you are having a wonderful time. We stayed 7 most enjoyable nights. We will book again without thinking !!

Beautiful view!! Amazing location for a relaxing stay. Also very close to the starting point for the Santa Ana volcano hike, making it a convenient option if you plan to hike. Only downside is the curfew at 8pm because the gates close, and it's also hard to get transportation to and from because of its remote location.

订的包含早晚餐及泡汤过夜的套餐。早晚餐均是自助质量上乘，泡汤很舒服。性价比高！箱根汤泉站有小巴直达酒店，可惜班次不多。走到酒店差不多20分钟。

My room had cockroaches and mosquitoes. They could also include vegetarian-friendly and kid-friendly foods like steamed rice or plain rice without meat.
