We had a great time at Grand Mercure. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service overall was good. The atmosphere made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. However, there were a few maintenance issues that need attention. The cushions on the balcony chairs and the canopy were very dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some time. The curtains inside the room were also dusty. In addition, the balcony itself had a noticeable buildup of dust — from the floors to the railings — which seemed to have been neglected for a while. With better attention to cleaning and maintenance in these areas, the experience would have been perfect.

A perfect 4 nights, in a welcoming, clean beautifully designed home stay. The owners are charming and welcoming and went out of their way to help, assist and make us confortable. The home stay is some 20 minutes moped ride from the main sites, but the tranquility of the location is a nice respite from noise and tourists! Highly recommended!!!

Kshama resort and spa is a wonderful resort in Khandala but offering natural beauty and scenic views from hotel rooms. The staff is very polite and humble while interacting with them. They make you feel like you are at home.

What can I say? I've stayed at several hotels in Southeast Asia. Hiive is one of the absolute best. The rooms, the staff, dining, and amenities are all excellent. The front desk staff are eager to assist. The restaurant staff is very attentive. Housekeeping is fast and efficient. And everyone here handle their responsibilities with a smile. It's so refreshing to stay at a reasonably priced hotel. Especially since some of the other places I've stayed were so bad. I work online, so it's nice to have to peace and quiet. It is currently a national holiday. I don't see any other guests. So hopefully when the crowds return, it won't get too noisy. I have extended my stay for another two days.

Staff asked me not to throw garbage into the pool. I am a grown man, why would purposely throw garbage into your algae infested pool. Pool was green. Not safe.
