The rooms were really clean the staff is very courteous they really cared about their job!

We had a marvellous afternoon tea in beautiful surrounds. Delicious sandwiches, scones, cakes and an excellent selection of teas to choose from. Really well looked after by Adam and Petra, too. I'll be back.

Great hotel and we had a great time. Food was delicious. Spa was quite small and sauna and steam room didn’t get hot enough.

Everything was great except for the smell. Not sure if its the cleaning products or an air freshener but it was very strong and chemically. Room 48 could do with a new shower head as you couldn't reposition it. Bed was amazing and even being on the main road the noise level was very low.

Surrounded by rather dreary light industry you sweep through gates into a little oasis. Glorious building, gardens and huge parkland. Our dog was in seventh heaven. Our ground floor room was very comfortable and well stocked with delicious things to eat and drink, and we enjoyed having drinks before dinner with the other guests and then a “no choice’ but excellent three course dinner with a good and affordable wine list. Breakfast also excellent. No idea what the previous reviewer meant; suspect she is just a troll; must be a nightmare for people who run hotels when you get someone who just loves to be nasty

Colazione abbondante e buona, ottimo il ristorante da provare sicuramente. Camera pulita parcheggio di fronte hotel molto comodo , personale gentile . Unica nota negativa il materasso assolutamente da cambiare, sottile e molto scomodo peccato perché la stanza era molto carina anche se era un gran caldo anche di notte

Niveau de service très bas pour un 4*. L Hotel nécessite une rénovation et une modernisation.

Excellent hotel with fantastic views. Very clean and well run. Breakfast was great / beyond expectations. However lunch at restaurant was very underwhelming and we had much better lunch / dinner at nearby restaurants.
