The bar downstairs is fun, noisy & lively. The bedrooms right above are the same. So if you don’t want a DJ in your bedroom until midnight, stay elsewhere. They provide ear plugs in the rooms, so draw your own conclusion. The breakfast was nice k the location was great, very central.

Séjour en amoureux au chateau d'Artigny. Le lieu est très beau et a du cachet et les installations sont bien (piscine, pádel, tennis, pétanque). Il n'y a avait pas la climatisation dans la chambre, il faisait une chaleur abominable, apparemment c'était temporaire mais il n'empêche. Il y avait des insectes (punaises) accrochées en haut de la tapisserie. J'ai demandé de la glace le soir car il faisait extrêmement chaud. J'ai rappelé 45mn plus tard, le room service avait tout simplement oublié. Enfin, on nous a dit qu'il y avait des terrains de padel pour les invités et nous avons appris à POSTéRIORI que la location de raquette était payante. Honnêtement assez dé?u du niveau de service au vu du standing auquel prétend l'établissement. Je ne peux pas me prononcer sur le spa ?a nous n'y avons pas été.

Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything which I don’t like…the rooms are nice. Staff is nice and location is good. Just don’t like how I could literally hear everthing!

Très bon accueil, et l'ensemble de la prestation, correspondait très bien à nos attentes.

We had an amazing stay here for 3 nights. They supplied us with fresh towels and there was a hot beverage station on the ground floor that was open to guests 24/7 free of charge. Delicious coffee and hot chocolate! The place looked chic and modern, whilst proudly showcasing the town’s heritage through framed pictures and decorative walls. We enjoyed the peace inside and outside of the hotel. It’s quiet and not the creepy type. It’s perfectly safe. Great for those like us who want to take their minds away from the bustling city life. The room we got was well-heated and had hot water consistently throughout the four days we were here. Besides that; the hotel was conveniently located near the Ringsheim/Europa Park station. So if you’re not going to Europa Park, you can take the train to other parts of Europe like Strasbourg. The staff were so kind and were grateful that the city tax was not expensive. We strongly recommend this hotel! ??????

The hotel is modern, elegantly appointed and very well maintained. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The menus for breakfast and dinner offered a good variety of dishes which were expertly cooked and presented. The hotel is on the edge of the town with plenty of safe, easy parking.
