This hotel is absolutely amazing! The entire staff regardless of title was extremely helpful and friendly. The entire hotel was spotless and so comfortable and inviting. The amenities were amazing!

This was a cool hotel experience. The room was really awesome with an industrial vibe. Love the art and the whole atmosphere. It's downtown PHX but they are revamping the area so overall a very cool and fun time.

Noise inside the wall at night when the aircon is on . They tried to fix it but the noise persisted. The house keeping needs training or supervision as they don’t work like other hotels . Everything was not done properly . The garbage was not disposed of unless you complained . The floor needs attention as it gives noise when you walk on it . At night it can be very annoying ! My room 502 was facing the wall of the building next door but I can’t open the window to let in the fresh air in the bathroom and bedroom .

Overpriced for what it offers and definitely more of a 3-star than a 4-star hotel. The room was clean but not very spacious. The entrance was quite deceiving compared to the photos—much simpler and underwhelming. Breakfast lacked variety, though the staff were friendly. Overall, an okay stay but not worth the high price.

Lovely staff, great spacious room and fabulous breakfast. Would highly recommend to others.
