Het afgelegen hotel belooft veel maar biedt het niet. In de brochure staat oa beach bar, shuttle naar het strand, verwarmd buitenzwembad. en mogelijkheid tot het gebruik van voorzieningen in de aanpalende hotels. Niks van dat. "Later in het seizoen" luidt het antwoord. Zelfde antwoord voor de airco. De hotelaccomodatie is versleten. De buitendeuren krijg je amper open, piepen en slaan toe achter je rug met een donderslag. De houten wandelpaden zijn versleten, gebroken en oneffen. De kamers zijn vernieuwd, ruim en netjes. Maar uit de douche komt enkel een klein straaltje water en je kan kiezen tussen te warm of te koud. Ontbijt is basic met uitgedroogde spiegel-of roereiren in bain-marie. Geen show cooking. Avondeten daarentegen is aan tafel geserveerd, lekker en gevarieerd. Gelukkig is het personeel vriendelijk en toegewijd wat de algemene teleurstelling mildert. Dringend aan een vernieuwing toe. Zeker geen 5 sterren waard

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, featuring a bathtub, minibar, and a beautiful private garden that made the stay even more special. The pool was absolutely wonderful — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The breakfast was simply exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, jams, ham, Parma, fresh juices, and much more — everything delicious and of high quality. Overall, a truly wonderful hotel that exceeded all expectations. I would definitely recommend it and will gladly return.

La scelta è stata quasi obbligata (non c'erano grandi alternative valide) ma comunque estremamente azzeccata. L hotel è ubicato all'ingresso del paese di Sault e dista due minuti sia dal centro, sia dalla partenza per il Mont Ventoux. Come dice il titolo perfettamente attrezzato x accogliere ciclisti: bike room, attrezzature per riparare e museo interno! Le camere sono pulite, essenziali ma dotate di confort per poter riposare bene. Assolutamente nessun rumore fastidioso. La vista dalla camera sulla valle è fantastica, col sereno già si scorge il Mont Ventoux. Abbiamo estremamente apprezzato la disponibilità ad assecondare i nostri numerosi cambi di programma anche last minute. Infine abbiamo anche potuto godere di una cena vista Mont Ventoux al Bistrot dell hotel. Portate abbondanti e gustose! Attenzione che chiude alle 20 essendo ideato perlopiù per aperitivi!
