Cleanliness views and beach on my door step

很不错，地理位置特别好，酒店的服务也不错。

步行到circular quay只要几分钟，步行到QVB和town hall也很方便。虽然楼下很繁华，但隔音好，不吵闹。

Удобные апартаменты для двоих. Башни рядом, на 1 этаже можно выпить кофе и 3 магазина. Есть обменник, но он не работал. Заселение быстрое,без контакта. Бассейн на нижнем этаже.

酒店在city，离悉尼歌剧院走路20分钟，无cityview，历史建筑。 因为这次定的时间太近，所有只有套间。价格超过1000刀一晚的房间，mini吧全都要收费那就不吃，但是让前台多送几瓶水上来回答是説因为环保，所以我要拿送的两个矿泉水喝完以后的玻璃瓶下去bar可以无限续或者喝tap water，大哥一个瓶子280ml，环保不是服务差的藉口。包含早餐，但是只有几个固定餐食点，barista-made咖啡要另外收费，longblack可以免费，但是关键点来了，续杯要收5.5刀一杯，what？总体来説如此的服务和对应价格绝对不推荐。除非普通房间200刀以下可以参考预订。

I have the opportunity to go to the resort to spend my birthday with my daughter. We went on the first of February. Thanks Chef Sanjay. We love breakfast, food amazing. Service and staff we very nice and kind. Specially Mr Jerome from restaurant. He took well care of us. After breakfast we went to Aqualand and was amazing. Thanks to all staff and people from Crystal Beach, I spent a wonderfull birthday

You get what you pay for! As it's so cheap it's silly to complain...

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel decisamente non adeguato alle tre stelle superior dichiarate. Le foto non corrispondono certamente a come si presenta la camera in realtà. La rubinetteria del bagno fatiscente, sporca di calcare e da cambiare. Lenzuola sdrucite e scucite. Mobilio trascurato e da rimaneggiare assolutamente poichè vecchio. Riscaldamento in sala colazione assente. Macchina da caffè e per le bevande calde assolutamente da pulire poichè il caffè sapeva di bruciato. Mi dispiace davvero lasciare una recensione di questo tipo in quanto l'accoglienza è stata decisamente perfetta, e non so se queste trascuratezze siano dovute alla bassa stagione. La posizione è perfetta, quasi sul lungomare, ascensore presente, colazione poco varia con sola opzione di dolce presente. Spero si tratti solo della mia camera in quelle condizioni e la trascuratezza dovuta al periodo di bassa stagione, ma è un hotel con una potenzialità maggiore rispetto a come l'ho trovato.

We had an amazing stay at Elewana pioneer camp . Staff are extremely accommodating, all of them. Service is impeccable and accommodation superb . Food was outstanding. A fantastic experience all round . Would love to go back again.
