The cabin was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Clean room and good service. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite simple.

A very comfortable Hotel with extremely helpful staff, perfectly positioned in the centre of Alpbach & right next to the ski bus stop.

The room was comfortable and clean. This was a one night stay on a long road trip. We hope to return.

Accueil attentionné et fiable, personnel sympathique et compétent, chambre calme à la propreté irréprochable et à la très bonne literie. Disposition appréciée d'une bouilloire et d'un assottiment de boissons chaude. Par ailleurs, petit déjeuner copieux et qualitatif.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff member was extremely kind—he welcomed me with a cold drink upon arrival and was very helpful throughout my stay. He sent me a list of great places to eat, have coffee, and activities to do around town, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, very clean, and located in a calm, quiet area. There is also a shared kitchen where you can cook your own meals, and a washing machine available if you need to do laundry. I felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place.

I recently stayed for one night at Upper Deck Resort, Lonavala with my family, and the experience was disappointing. The biggest issue is access—reaching the property in the evening is extremely difficult and even frightening. The road is poorly maintained, signboards are unclear, and despite repeated requests from guests to flatten the connecting stretch, the management did nothing. I would strongly advise against arriving after 8 PM. While the location itself is scenic and good for photographs, the interiors of the rooms are subpar. Toilets have no exhaust, leaving them suffocating. Dinner service ends sharply at 10 PM, and when we arrived just five minutes late, everything was closed. With no nearby restaurants and unsafe roads at night, we had to argue with the staff just to get some food. You also won't find anything room delivery here due to lock of staffs. Another unpleasant surprise was the rigid check-out policy. Breakfast ends at 10 AM, and the moment the clock strikes 10, staff call to ask if they should collect your baggage. Unlike most resorts with a 12 Noon check-out, this felt abrupt and inconsiderate. Overall, the combination of poor access, mediocre rooms, inflexible dining, and unfriendly management made this stay frustrating. I would not return and do not recommend this resort to others.

We've stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as a family with a kid and a baby. We came very late at night due to some delays, they communicated with me that they would leave us food in the room so we wouldn't go to sleep on an empty stomach with is a nice gesture, also at 01:30 a.m someone was there to help us with the luggage even though they are not operating at this time at night super from their side. The hotel has parking lot near by, the room was specious and we had the baby crib we requested in advance, the breakfast was superb many choices so even our little picky kid found what to eat. We ate both at the hotel dinner and at the al la cart restaurant with friends both were great! We used the indoor pool on the -1, the kids room, and the open heated pool on level 3, everything was perfect. Ski room is spacious and has heating both for boots and gloves which is nice, although I don't know what happens if both kids and parents are skiing there won't be enough room for all. (but that wasn't our situation) would definitely come again, one my best stays in a long time, the biggest thing is how helpful and attentive the hotel staff, without a dough they keep everything to a very high standard!
