Just back from a week's skiing, booked through Crystal. The hotel was very nice - friendly staff, great food, very clean and tidy everywhere. The ski bus stops right outside 4 times in the morning and 4 times in the afternoon, or there are more frequent buses from the stop about 400m down the road.

酒店房间非常乾净舒适，临近UCL，附近吃东西也很方便，，标间的床是1:35米的双床，睡着非常舒服，因为下午有事情想晚点退房去前台问一下，正常都是11点退房，结果前台的美女姐姐直接帮忙延到下午2点，非常的Nice，有机会还会入住

The room was clean and warm
The breakfast was good ) buffet style)
Staff helpful
But the hotel is old and tired carpets etc need replacing couldn’t see a lift anywhere if you had needed one
