Loved our stay here, yeah it's a bit dated but the bed was comfortable, the shower was brilliant and the room/suite was huge with everything you could need. All the staff on the front desk were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable (they foresaw our delayed suitcase would come the day after we were told). Breakfast was good with a nice selection and the location is great for the airport bus, old town and downtown. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully when it's a bit warmer ??

The room was fine but it was above their Whaler bar and club so the bass underneath made it hard to sleep.

What a super experience we had for our 2 night stay at this delightful property. A very spacious and well equipped room just across from the swimming pool, lots of nooks to read a book in or chat in the many public areas and super helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure our comfort and well being. I was particularly grateful for the advice plus the offer to book activities in the local area.

Buena tarde No tengo queja alguna de la atención de todo el personal hacia mi y mi familia, fue exelente. En mi estancia noté 2 puntos no tan agradables, el 1°, es que noto que ya hace falta mantenimiento a parte de las instalaciones y el 2° es, entiendo que traten de llenar todos sus tiempos de ocupación, pero, y espero no ofender, los nuevos socios ya no tienen el perfil que tenían anteriormente.

Overall Good experience, very responsive staff. Perfect location. However when we checked in, the bathroom wasn’t fully clean. In a sense I had to press the water button down the toilet. Other than that pleasant experience

Easy to find and a good location as it’s near not far from M40 or to Bicester Village and train station ( the latter being an approx 10 minute drive). The staff were nice and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice although the shower heads shot out water in random directions which was a bit annoying. Bit of descaling would sort that out easily. There was plenty of parking and the accommodation was across a courtyard from the pub.i would imagine a nice spot in the summer. Food was good and the pub had a friendly welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and thank you for a good stay.
