Very comfortable room with good air conditioning, nice shower with lots of hot water, and very pleasant and helpful staff. It is an easy walk to the beach and the pool was great. We enjoyed our 3 nights here. One minor thing was that the TV was much too small in our large room.

Stayed 1 night- thank goodness. NO HOT WATER. EVENTHING IN ROOM IS BROKEN DOWN. When complained to mgmt. Their response on the day im leaving and have other things to do as a tourist. You can check out late and shower when we turn on the gas. Wth! This property is not worth more than the cheap motels that cost $30 night. ******* needs to rerate this place to 1 star. I'm American so my expectations of a 3 star hotel is everything needs to work and look decent. Its clean which is a plus but needs major repairs.. be careful if the mold growing in bathroom. The faucets are coming off and will break any minute.

The place was so nice and beautiful in winter. The bath facilities are huge and variety but there could be a long queue sometimes for the private baths. The Kaiseki dinner was impressive. A bit of walk from Yubatake but they have a shuttle service.

I got upgraded room was amazing right next to the pool. My to-go hotel when I visit el valle.

This resort hotel is the best I’ve ever stayed at. Wow. The rooms are huge and spotless with balconies (if you book a balcony room) that offer amazing views and such a wonderful space to relax. Thankful for all the extra amenities so we don’t have to go out a buy - paper towels , laundry soap etc . The door was a little sketchy. Sliding door was unlocked and open when we arrived and the entrance door lock didn’t look very secure .

Beautiful, Clean , Secure and paved roads all the way to the entrance of the resort.

Quarto bom, porem o colch?o estava afundando no meio acordava todo dolorido no outro dia. Banheiro entrava agua na hora do banho, n?o é legal. Café da manh? bom. Estacionamento bom. Recepcionista educada e prestativa.

Really modern hotel and such a great place to stay. Everything in the room is controlled by an iPad which was actually really handy and a nice touch. The staff were brilliant from check-in onwards. We had a small issue with the toilet in our original room but it was sorted straight away. We were moved from room 532 to 517 with no fuss and given two free cocktail vouchers. I didn’t catch the name of the guy who helped us but he was spot on and handled it really well so thank you ?? Location-wise it’s perfect, about a 5–10 minute walk from the main tourist areas but far enough away that it’s quieter. Loads of nice places around too. Would definitely recommend The Snug which is just up the road if you want a proper pub with €5 pints instead of the silly prices around Temple Bar. Shower was great, even everything else was bad I’d still give it 5* for the shower!! Bed was absolutely to die for, exactly what you want after a full day walking around Dublin. The Irish coffees and cocktails from the bar are stunning too! All the staff we came across were lovely and genuinely helpful. Also very reasonably priced considering how central it is. Would 100% stay here again, looking for dates to book to come back as I type this and happily recommend it to anyone. Thank you so so much ??
