Great food, friendly staff and beautiful clean rooms.

Staff were wonderful.

It was a very good stay, the hotel is ideal for the event I attended, comfortable bed, clean rooms and the hospitality spot on With Naz and her team. Looking forward to going back.

We prepayed for four nights, but upon checking in we noticed that the rooms were actually going for about half. Especially given the worn and dirty room we were given (old toothpaste splatter on the mirror, walls, etc.), I raised the issue. A certain front desk individual immediately challenged me asking for evidence (easily found online) and then cynically explained that it was just too bad. I then asked for the general manager but the person claimed that he was the manager. I insisted and the GM appeared - he was professional and immediately moved us to a much better room, which was appreciated given the whole ordeal. Pricing issues aside, such passive-aggressive behavior and lack of client focus from staff would never occur at a top tier hotel. In contrast, The GM and the rest of the staff were really solid, but the problem individual should not be allowed in front of clients or to train other staff. I should also mention that the breakfast staff were friendly and responsive although we noticed that the pastry (pear cake, etc.) was old, dry and depressingly redisplayed for the entirety of the three days we ate there.

Only a 10-minute walk to Jonker Street and Red Square. We initially chose this hotel for the extra space, and it didn't disappoint. While I was worried the walk might be tiring, it was actually a very pleasant stroll along the river and through Melaka’s Old Town. The rooms are large and the breakfast is decent. A few notes for travelers: Hand towels aren't provided, and you'll need to bring your own pajamas. Overall, a great stay!

I love this hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The rooms are comfortable.

The location is perfect and the garden/patio area is beautiful. Absolutely loved everything about the hotel from the easy check in, comfortable clean and cute rooms to all the activities and areas to enjoy at the hotel. Also located close to great restaurants and attractions.
