Exceptional Service: Staff are described as going "out of their way" to ensure comfort, often providing a warm, personalized welcome

Shower water is powerful and washing hair is good. ?But in the room, no tissue and no bin at all. ?Only 1 bin in the toilet

We booked in advance a table for 6 & checked in with the barman who was midway through taking our drinks order when an older woman cut across our conversation & was extremely rude to the poor barman & then directed us to follow her & took us to our table. She then walked off & left us without menus & without continuing our drinks order. We were all aghast at how incredibly rude she was both to staff & to us (in stark contrast to the lovely young woman who went on to serve us, who went over & above to help us) There was another staff member I’d like to bring peoples attention to - a short, surly young man, with dark hair in a questionable cut, who bought food out from the kitchen - for reasons best known to himself - he was also incredibly rude, slamming plates down & rolling his eyes when we asked if he could bring some gravy & sauce!

Great location in the centre of Tiverton. Professional and friendly staff, Ness and Lauryn. Helpful. So glad we ate in as the food in the restaurant was excellent.

这是我这次英国之行在携程上订的第二家民宿，因为爱丁堡那家出现的问题让我入住之前就非常忐忑，好在这家地址没错，入住方式也很清晰，进了房间又发现了问题，在平台上显示的是两室一厅一衞的房型，但实际上只有一个卧室，又是描述错误，好在又是携程管家积极主动的服务态度让客户身处异乡也能感到温暖！（抛开描述不符这点，这个房间整体感觉很不错，各种设施齐备，房间乾净舒适）

The room was very clean & tidy, booking in was good everything was explained in detail. The breakfast was good quality food, only fault was both our breakfast’s was not as hot as it should have been. Overall value for money.

Thankful for all the extra amenities so we don’t have to go out a buy - paper towels , laundry soap etc . The door was a little sketchy. Sliding door was unlocked and open when we arrived and the entrance door lock didn’t look very secure .
