Уютный, чистенький отель, немного далековато от центра, но на такси вообще без проблем!

H?tel très bien mais nous avons eu un souci de Clim à 30* malgré la demande d intervention pour la baisser. Seul solution la couper- dommage. Sinon serveurs du restaurant très agréable et professionnels. Cadre magnifique

Great hotel, great location, great breakfast!

I am sharing this review so other guests are aware. We checked in at around 7pm after our taxi dropped us off at the location. The lockbox containing the key was difficult to locate and use , as it was located outside the condo. The facilities were generally nice, but the air-conditioning was not working properly. The remote control was missing, and the replacement remote provided did not work even after we asked for help. We had to climb onto a chair to manually turn on the air-conditioning. Since we could not adjust the temperature, I had difficulty sleeping because it was a warm night. After this stressful check-in experience, the homestay provider also requested an additional RM30 for a slightly late checkout, with payment requested by direct CIMB bank transfer outside the Trip.com platform. As a Singaporean, I travel to Johor Bahru often for both business and leisure and have usually had many pleasant experiences booking through Trip.com. I also appreciate Trip.com’s efforts to help smooth over the situation. However, based on this stay, I would not choose this particular residence/service provider again as there are several better options. We have filed a formal complaint with Trip.com and are awaiting resolution. My experience at the Cygnett Hotel was terrible. As a hotelier myself, I intend to file a formal complaint with the corporate office. I chose this hotel after checking online reviews, which featured positive feedback—specifically mentioning the staff at the Manali Shiv Swati location. It was based on these details that I decided to check in with my family. However, in the restaurant, Mr. Sandeep took my order for a burger; after making me wait for an hour, he simply informed me that they were out of bread. There was no apology, nor did he show any sign of realizing the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, the specific staff members whose names I had seen online were nowhere to be found. I will definitely be complaining to the corporate office; it appears the staff members advertised online are not actually present at the restaurant. Mr. Sandeep, in particular, lacks both the competence to take orders and the basic courtesy to interact with guests properly. Specially I see a best review online service staff that's why I was choose the hotel w my family check-in but yesterday bad experience never again to stay here

Restaurant volledig afgehuurd, geen eten voor de hotelgasten dit kan niet We zijn speciaal langst dit hotel gekomen voor het restaurant!!!! Dit zou niet mogen voorzie tafels voor je gasten!!

Et fint hotel, som varmt kan anbefales. Hyggelig bar.
