Could not be more disappointed with the lack of professionalism, organization, or guest service recovery of this property! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR BOOKING! We booked this property well in advance for an event we've been so excited and looking forward to. We have our email confirmation and we've paid our deposit. They called and said they signed a contract with a large group of rooms (or something similar like that) and so they FORCED US to NOT stay at this property. Completely unacceptable!

Ns allons 2 ou 3 fois par an depuis 10 ans à cet h?tel, c’est la première fois que nous avons eu un accueil par une personne se disant le gérant aussi désagréable, mauvais accueil, il n’a rien fait pr aider, au contraire, un type à lunette cheveux noir hautain mes amis étaient éberlués par ce personnage antipathique, a tel point qu’il nous engueulaiten public

Vraiment à fuir venu pour la saint Valentin réservation pour vu sur la ville on se retrouve avec une table improvisé en plein milieu de la salle le responsable vraiment désagréable nous a plus que méprisé. Nous avons donc décider de quitter les lieux sans y manger. Ne prenez pas le temps de vous y arrêter ?a ne vaut pas le coup
