Nice motel. Great size room. Quite - good sleep. good parking. Room lacked a sofa to relax and watch TV on.

酒店回复：Thank you for taking the time to review your stay.Our standard rooms don't have sofa's as there is simply not enough space to put one. This is why we hang the TV's directly in front of the bed, so it can be used as a comfortable spot to sit.Alternatively, the tub chairs in the room could also be used.

Clean and big room, on walkable distance from the centre and the biggest parc is just in front of the hotel.

我们一行6人预订了2间双床房、1间特大床房，大床房房间宽敞，床也蛮大的；酒店和房间虽然有些老旧，但是蛮乾净；过道的家居、摆设也体现了浓浓的古风，酒店各项服务也蛮到位。 酒店位置非常好，就在湖边，出门几步就是游船码头，湖边可以看到天鹅、野鸭、鸽子等嬉戏，环境非常好；出门往后面就是小镇中心，各种餐饮人气很旺。酒店也是一幢老建筑，浓浓的英伦风格和历史积淀。从早餐厅看出去就是大草坪和湖景，清新怡人；早餐提供点餐，虽然还是英式早餐这几样，但是现做的、也很可口美味。总体还是比较满意的。

Such a welcoming staff. Property was very clean and we were super satisfied with our King Room third floor ocean view! Wow! My only comment would be limited breakfast buffet and they need a real coffee machine. Other wise the a la carte menu was extensive and very high quality.

Had our stay not coincided with a high school grad formal (the hotel should have notified us, and others, at the time of our booking), we would likely have had a decent sleep. The room was very nice, clean and well equipped. We didn’t take advantage of all amenities, but the heated indoor/outdoor pool was especially nice on a chilly Spring day. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, when needed, but not overly friendly at checkout where It was business only. No “How was your stay?” as we usually get asked when checking out of a hotel. Perhaps it was just a language barrier. The attached Burger Bistro was excellent - both the food and the service.

The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff very friendly. The hotel in quiet and peaceful place. I recommended to family or individuals.
