The view is beautiful! Staff are not very friendly or accommodating for a resort. Breakfast Buffett needs a little more variety. It was the same thing every day.

Frequentiamo le piscine e la spa del Plaza da anni. Soddisfattissimi e sempre trattati benissimo da personale molto cordiale e competente in tutte le sfere. A suo tempo fatta qualche capatella in altre strutture, ma poi, a ragion veduta, già da tanti anni orientati esclusivamente al "nostro" Plaza.

Les infrastructures du spa sont très bien et à la hauteur d’un h?tel de ce standing. Malheureusement, l’expérience a été fortement gachée par la présence massive d’enfants très bruyants. Cris constants, agitation… on avait davantage l’impression d’être à la piscine municipale que dans un spa censé être un lieu de détente. Même en se réfugiant dans la salle de repos, le calme n’était pas au rendez-vous, les cris restant audibles. C’est vraiment dommage, car le potentiel est là, mais l’absence de créneaux réservés aux adultes ou d’une meilleure gestion du calme nuit clairement à l’expérience, surtout vu le prix.

The staff were great, really helpful. It’s quite a quirky hotel which is a really good thing!

Excellent welcoming, helpful staff. Room very good, very nice building. Taxis can stop 2 mins walk away so more accessible than many riads.

Our stay at Ginger Hotel Wakad was truly delightful and exceeded expectations. The hotel is impeccably clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The staff deserves special appreciation for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and prompt service—they made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to key areas, yet peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, adding a perfect start to our day. Overall, a wonderful stay—highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Everything was as expected from the Ritz. One comment, I was bilked a resort fee which the front desk never explained upfront when I checked in. I had access to activities I paid for but wasn’t made aware of. Use of kayaks, access to their golf club. I made them aware and they did reduce my bill because of they never explained the amenities I had access to and was paying for daily.

the room was spotless, so cosy. honestly have nothing bad to say at all. greeted so lovely, we didn’t want to leave!

Struttura bellissima con ottima vista, personale cordiale e professionale. Pulizia impeccabile. Cucina ottima, varia e abbondante con prodotti anche tipici. Aria giochi per bambini molto accessoriata.

Charming boutique hotel. Really interesting decor in an old convent in the heart of Surry Hills. Will happily return next time we’re in Sydney
