The room was surprisingly huge, the shower was nice and the proximity to restaurants, 24/7 convenient store and obviously the slope is top notch. The parking is also okay, there's plenty of spaces. Lift pass and rental combo is tax free for foreigners if you book on site. However there is a huge elevator problem, if you're not lucky on which floor you're on, or not doing the "go up to go down" strat, then you'll never be able to get into the elevator. It was especially difficult that day because one of the elevators was broken. Body towels and toothbrush / toothpaste isn't included, with 1 body towel being around 200yen to borrow. All the staff were nice and spoke enough english. FYI 99% of people there are Koreans. I was there from 10am and stayed overnight and I've only heard / saw 2 Hong Kong people and NO MORE LOL no foreigners at all. Another thing is that most of the mountain was closed, only the beginner green slope and the bird lift was open, so 1 green and 2 blue squares. Not sure why but I'm a beginner so I was mostly on bird lift anyway. Overall my friend and I enjoyed our stay.

Very clean room. Soft bed. Clean bed. Water temperature is good. I like the facilities. Will come again. They have nice views also.

There was no hot water or WiFi access in my otherwise cozy room. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were scratchy. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Great location within walking distance of downtown and Napa is absolutely lovely.

Near to the Port, a quiet place and easy go somewhere in the downtown. You can rental the motorbikes the prices is depending on the brands of the motorbike just 24hours rental. Easier go somewhere if you have a motorbike! ?? No water bottle included inside the room, just bring your own! And the food is not maybe ok its just a simple breakfast. You can make your own coffee.

We don't think we've ever stayed in a more spectacular accommodation and photographed every corner as in DarDalila! A typical Moroccan house, renovated with such care, using local materials and traditional artisans from the Fes region. And all of this is seen both in the details but also in the warmth and pride with which Geoffrey, the owner, speaks and radiates when guests are amazed by what they see and find when they step through the entrance. The delicious breakfast served in the living room, with the small artesian fountain whispering and relaxing music in the background, is a memory that will always remain in our minds. The wifi signal was very good, the room was also spectacular, the sheets were very clean and the towels were always changed when needed, thanks to Mourad who takes care of everything beeing in order. Geoffrey gave us valuable information about what to visit in the medina and helped us with a Maps.me app to navigate the maze of streets much better. The accommodation is very easy to find, near the BabZiat gate, with a few good restaurants nearby and a max of 10-15 min from the center of the Medina. The period in which we were accommodated was a cold one, especially at night and we had the unpleasant experience that the air conditioning was turned off at night from the general source, we don't know exactly for what reason, probably to protect the electrical installation or consumption. But on the last night we found understanding with our host and we didn't suffer from the cold anymore.

Came for the swim and stay with my son. We were having some one on one time together with swimming and craft and popped into the Alton towers hotel. I was so glad to See Kerry was on here, not as glad as my son. I'm not able to walk far and he wanted to see the pirate ship she was amazing with him taking him down stairs to see the ship and taking the time to explain the hotel and kinds of rooms the hotel has (he only stayed here once 3 years ago, he normally stays cbeebies or splash landings) and because she doesn't the time with him about the hotel he has said he wants to try a moon voyager room! . He has high functioning autism so spending this time explaining things and showing him the ship where I couldn't get down the stairs has been a huge part of him becoming comfortable in the hotel and it's surroundings. It will make trying here so much easier in the future. Thank you Kerry for always taking time to meet him where he needs to be met to make each visit special. You truly recognise what's important to all guests.
