Breakfest was wonderfull, staff was amazing, couldnt believe what a great value on such a perfect stay !!

The check in was good. Front desk has been helpful. The breakfast staff lady this morning was pretty crabby. If you are French you get to sit where you want. American not so much. Not helpful at all this morning. The gentleman at breakfast when we were done was nice. Breakfast itself was not very good. Most of the selection was not hot just warm at best.

I wanted a special stay for my birthday, and booked lunch together with a facial, and scalp massage. The food was fantastic, and the Snake Pass Sour cocktail even better. The spa facilities were small but pleasant. All the staff, but especially the younger ones, were friendly and welcoming. My room was very pretty but sadly over the kitchen so it was very noisy and smelt strongly of cooking; it would have been good to have had a warning about this as I'd have happily switched to a shower-only room for the sake of a quiet night's sleep. When I mentioned it at checkout I was cheerfully told thyat yes, it was a noisy room, so staff are aware of the issue.

Construction was going on. Food was good at the restaurant. Valda was super helpful!! The bed was comfortable. AC and frig were not on upon our arrival so it was steamy hot!

It was such a calming and gorgeous place. Brand new, spacious, loved it. Took a long walk early in the am into more country/woods. Just lovely. Best stay in the Hamburg area.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Love the amenities and the fact they have many options for breakfast.

Very pleasant stay indeed, but the lack of a table in the room was definitely something we would have liked different. Thank you very much. :-)

Nice hotel *** with good central location. Good selection breakfast with quality ingredients. Rooms are pleasant with very comfortable bedding. Recommended

饭店从楼上看下来风景很好，早上有鸭子可以在饭店购买饲料喂食。早餐非常好吃，价格合理是一间新的饭店，设施也很好。但是离市中心比较远一点，需要步行约20分钟
