I have stayed at this Property for 2 nights . The house keeping service from Chandani Gautam was very good they are Helpful,kind The Property location is very close to Highway and easily accessible. There is nice Lawn for Function planning. Swimming pool facility was nice. Roof top Resturant is having Asian Cousine is also Very awesome with Taste.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The hotel kindly arranged a pickup from the train station, which made our journey much more convenient. Upon check-in, we were welcomed with complimentary tea and chocolates, a thoughtful gesture that made us feel very welcome. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and comfortable throughout our stay. Renting e-bikes was also very easy. Since we arrived in the afternoon and rented the bikes for one and a half days, the hotel even offered us a discount, which we really appreciated. As Shangri-La can be quite cold, the hotel also lent us scarves to keep warm when we went out. This small but thoughtful service showed how much they care about their guests' comfort. Overall, the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-La and would gladly stay here again.

Amazing experience at Gulberg Lahore staff have been fantastic and friendly. Amtal from breakfast has been amazing very friendly lady looked well after us . Will be booking back here soon .

Interesting historic hotel. Quirky. Lovely room on 2nd floor. Limited and expensive parking but overnight free parking close by.
