明确説了不要尾房还是安排的尾房。让人很不满意。 房间比较乾净，但是被子枕头臭臭的。 説是不用房间打扫服务可以抵扣10刀餐饮费，却不能抵扣minibar，而且餐饮费只能在规定的短时间内使用。 虽然离地铁站很近，但是有巨大的两个坡需要上下，各200米左右。行李多的女生千万不要选择。

After a 6 hour drive from Nairobi, we finally made our right turn to Sarova shaba along the Isiolo-Marsabit road. 8 kilometers in we were welcomed warmly by the front office staff with a cold cocktail and amazingly smelling hot towels to clean up and wipe away our sweaty faces. Upon checking in the housekeeping staff lead us to our rooms. Being a family of four our rooms were interconnected with the double room for us and a twin for our lovely daughters. The rooms were beautiful clean and the decor very rustic. I especially loved the wooden finishes that gave them a homely feel. The girls couldn't wait to change into their swimming costumes and go to the pool area. I'm a Sarova fan but not once have I eaten the most delicious fresh foods than at the Shaba lodge. My gals who are generally poor feeders would literally gor for 2nd and 3rd helpings. I will give the kitchen 5*..I'm still salivating at the thought of that food???? The next 3 days breezed by,as we enjoyed all the amenities the hotel had to offer, the spa,the bar (thank you Jackson for ensuring my whisky glass never ran dry)????, table tennis, and to our amazing tour guide Benson for the very informative game drives. I'd also give a shout out to the restaurant manager and the hostess for always being at our service at all times. I now know what a 5 star treatment feels like. I will visit again soon this time with my whole extended family. They must experience the royal treatment at this amazing gem in the wilderness. Tips: 1) carry light clothing the heat at samburu hits at 35 degrees and above 2) Drink loads and loads of water to keep yourself hydrated 3) Carry a camera to capture the amazing game and intimate moments with your family.

very nice and quiet room, good roomservice, WiFi + TV working well; after renovation very comfortable bathroom / shower; we enjoyed the good breakfast buffet; very friendly staff

3* room, 5* food and service! The room was okay - the bed was really comfy but the walls were paper-thin and the bathroom was chilly. However, the food in the restaurant and breakfast were delicious and the service from the whole team was fantastic.

Sin agua caliente en la ducha , el teléfono de la habitación sin funcionar para reportarlo, después de varios intentos llamando de mi teléfono y que contestaron mi llamada su respuesta fue que estaba tapada la tubería y no era algo que se solucionara rápido , así que pues no podría tener agua caliente Pésimo servicio !

出行很方便，机场公交72路下来走5分钟就到了，市中心去哪里都很方便，步行都可抵达，门口公交很多，免费的随便坐，早餐很好吃，衞生和设施一般，大堂环境还可以，健身房在-1层，有免费地下停车位

A standard hotel room, but not new design concept. The receptionist and staff at restaurant are not friendly.The gym room is wide and equipped with many gym apparatus and the location of hotel nearby QB mall ..

Siamo stati al Cenacolo per un aperitivo per festeggiare il battesimo della mia bambina. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La sala esterna grande e ben riscaldata. Eravamo circa 30 persone. Il servizio è stato ottimo e ci hanno permesso di allestire un tavolo per la torta per fare le foto con gli invitati. Grazie allo staff e in particolare a Emanuele, il responsabile per feste ed eventi, che mi ha consigliato ed è stato disponibile per concordare il tutto. è stato tutto perfetto! Grazie
