Wonderful hotel. Clean, big, nice bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Loved the proximity to many area attractions. The restaurant was excellent as well as the breakfast. Lovely area. Wish I had stayed more than one night.

This was our second stay at The Pensacola Beach Resort and it was everything we remembered it to . Our room was spotless, the staff is friendly and welcoming and the gulf view couldn't be beat. Experience gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from your balcony. Make sure to stop by the Tiki Bar to see Marshall and get the best Italian Margarita in Pensacola!

Receptionist was pleasant on arrival, telling us about local things to do and places to see. Rooms were nice and appreciated the airconditioning! Parking is abit annoying but there is a parking lot around the corner where you can park.

What a delightful and distinctive hotel! The extraordinary gardens are likely a gift mostly from the past, but are impeccably maintained and are yours to stroll and savor. They should have outside benches, and will perhaps take up my suggestion. The rooms are somewhat typical higher end Accor, "near luxury,", although not quite. Superb rainwater shower, fine bed, but the room was a little narrow, tight wash basin, no real desk and minimal seating. I am sure other rooms are larger at a bigger price. Young, friendly and energetic staff; could and will obtain more seasoning. Gastronomic restaurant deserves the moniker. Note prior paragraph. Brasserie, every day restaurant,not bad. Breakfast buffet adequate. But not exceptional. Covered garage is a great plus We didn't try the spa or pool. It is on the outskirts of town, therefore not for everyone. A short but pricey cab ride into town, or you can drive into rhe congestion and aim for a garage. Quiet, comfortable and fair value. We will return.

Honestly we can’t describe the level of service from the owners our flight was cancelled and we were attending a wedding and rang the motel to let them know and the owner picked us up from the airport (and dropped us back the next day) upgraded our room and were honestly so kind I can’t describe it The rooms were beyond immaculate and had everything you need we are beyond words to how we were treated by this incredible husband and wife team

A beautiful location in the hills down by the river. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with clean and well-equipped bathroom facilities. We did not use the spa facilities, so unable to comment on them. The staff were helpful and courteous. We did take advantage of the restaurant, where the food was very good, but unfortunately, my partner did not receive the dauphinoise potatoes she ordered. There is ample free parking and opportunities to charge your vehicle if you have an electric car. The corridors of the hotel seem a little tired, but please don't let that put you off the rest of the hotel. A pleasant and peaceful stay on our European road trip. Thank you.

Séjour incroyable et hors du temps. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une amabilité rares. Le Corot est une merveille, le d?ner de la guinguette est un pure bonheur, et le petit déjeuner est d’une grande qualité sans superflus. La suite Barbizon avec ses deux espaces est très confortable, et la vue sur le lac est époustouflante

Surprisingly nice bedroom in this building with long history. Both room and hotel interiors are well decorated with modern English classic style. Location is super close to train station, 20m from the station exit.
