When i stepped into the room, there is a smell, because there was no windows in our room, so the air circulation is quite bad. The bedding was not done neatly, but the bed and pillows are great. The air conditioner took some time to cool up the room. The tv was unable to turn on. The mini fridge didn't really do its job, it's not cold at all. Other than that, everything was okay for the price point. The toilet and shower was okay, the hot water works great. The towel and toiletries is good.?

What can I say? I've stayed at several hotels in Southeast Asia. Hiive is one of the absolute best. The rooms, the staff, dining, and amenities are all excellent. The front desk staff are eager to assist. The restaurant staff is very attentive. Housekeeping is fast and efficient. And everyone here handle their responsibilities with a smile. It's so refreshing to stay at a reasonably priced hotel. Especially since some of the other places I've stayed were so bad. I work online, so it's nice to have to peace and quiet. It is currently a national holiday. I don't see any other guests. So hopefully when the crowds return, it won't get too noisy. I have extended my stay for another two days.

We had a lovely short stay at The chalet hotel . We especially liked the outdoor jacuzzi with the amazing view . We ate in the restaurant and it was very nice and a great and reasonable priced wine list including by the glass. Breakfast was super good and included in our room rate . The staff are very friendly and the room very comfortable with a nice little balcony with a fabulous view .

Our private pool villa was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a private balcony that offered stunning views, especially during the early mornings and evenings. The watch tower with the scenic backdrop was definitely a highlight, and the calm atmosphere throughout the property made our stay even more special. The food at the restaurant was delicious with a good variety of options, though service was slightly slow during peak hours. The staff was polite, welcoming, and helpful, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing couple’s retreat in Wayanad with beautiful views and good amenities, Morickap Resort is a wonderful choice.

We had a great time at Grand Mercure. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service overall was good. The atmosphere made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. However, there were a few maintenance issues that need attention. The cushions on the balcony chairs and the canopy were very dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some time. The curtains inside the room were also dusty. In addition, the balcony itself had a noticeable buildup of dust — from the floors to the railings — which seemed to have been neglected for a while. With better attention to cleaning and maintenance in these areas, the experience would have been perfect.
