T The room was unsanitary: the mattress was dirty, the floor had not been swept, and there were cockroaches.

Nice place. Great Staff. The only issue was the ceiling vent for the swamp cooler was right over tge bead and cold air was drafting in and down all night. You had to run the heater all night.

We had a lovely room with balcony looking to the forest and mountains. A short walk to the centre of Ponte and a few minutes walk to the lifts so veru conveniently positioned. We were room only which we prefer. Great ski room with plenty space.

Everything at Ruhpoldinger Hof was perfect! Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, great amenities and just the most beautiful place to stay. The pool & spa are Fabulous…The breakfast is amazing. Beyond the nicest place to stay, relax and enjoy. Location is 10/10. Highly recommended ++++++

Good customer service by Nico, Large room and kitchen. Ideally, Television is placed in a more comfortable place to watch.

Great amenities, a little out of the way from central Florence but if you research a bit you will know this. Amenities and stay wise… zero complaints! TV situation (which I’m seeing is a thing) wasn’t the greatest only because you will need an hmdi to watch anything other than local tv, but still doesn’t take away from the stay. One word… Perfecto!

Cinque stelle sono davvero troppo poche per descrivere questo luogo magico, dove il personale è sempre sorridente e disponibile, la pulizia impeccabile, l’atmosfera super romantica e la colazione abbondante e ricca di prodotti fatti in casa con dolci squisiti, preparati con amore da Laura e serviti con la dolcezza di Mila. Questo hotel, dove verrete accolti dalle carinissime Tania e Marilena pronte a soddisfare ogni vostra richiesta, ha molti punti di forza e nessun difetto: sembra davvero di entrare in un’altra dimensione, un nido d’amore dove il tempo scorre troppo veloce mentre vorresti si fermasse. Consiglio vivamente di provare la minispa in inverno o quando c’è freddo: entrare ed uscire da sauna e idromassaggio, quando fuori ci sono pochi gradi, è una sensazione rilassante e rigenerante, da provare assolutamente. All’arrivo viene offerto un aperitivo di benvenuto con 2 calici di prosecco e durante la spa tisane e biscotti, attenzioni non scontate e molto gradite. Noi siamo venuti per festeggiare il compleanno ed il mio compagno mi ha preparato, con la complicità del personale, una bellissima e riuscitissima sorpresa: entrando in camera ho trovato petali di rosa, palloncini a forma di cuore e candele accese ovunque. Se siete innamorati, volete stupire la vostra dolce metà o riconquistarla, dovete assolutamente regalarvi un romantico weekend allo “you and me”. Grazie di tutto??
