The room did not appear clean and accommodating for my family’s one night stay. Door closed was still ajar. Low cost, lower quality venue. We left immediately, regardless of the non-refundable cost.

Spacious apartment with an amazing spa bath! Very relaxing and comfortable. A little on the older side but well maintained. Definitely great value for money.
The Cafe attached was delicious too, we had a lovely breakfast there.
Only feedback I can say is that after coming out of the lift it was a little tricky finding the room. Some more signs could easily solve this issue.

Riscaldamento poco efficiente in camera, assenza di sottofondo musicale nella spa.Ospiti maleducati che parlavano a voce alta e sono stati richiamati dopo un’ora dal personale.Percorso di collegamento tra la Spa e la camera congelato, a rischio di prendersi un raffreddore visto che ci si trova in accappatoio. Stanze non insonorizzate: dal nostro bagno sentivamo quello che succedeva nella camera accanto. Pulizia da rivedere. Presa di corrente assente in un lato del letto. Sconsigliato a chi cerca confort e relax.

Sehr sauberes Apartement. Die kleine Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und bietet für jeden etwas. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Parken in der eigenen Tiefgarage.

Room close to lobby at our request but poor room. Awkward bath with no counter space or hooks. No washcloths or enough handtowels. No kleenex. Sink handle loose and twisty.
No closet to hang clothes.
Only here for 2 nights but would not stay here longer.
Very nice staff though.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, incredible view from the dining room and delicious breakfast. I try to stay here twice a year. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bad Kreuznach,
