H?TEL à éVITER !!! Nous avions réservé trois chambres et, dès notre arrivée, une des cartes ne fonctionnait pas. Avec leur système “d’accueil autonome”, impossible d’obtenir de l’aide rapidement. Nous avons attendu plus de 45 minutes dans des couloirs remplis de mouches avant qu’une personne arrive enfin avec une carte fonctionnelle. Le personnel a été extrêmement désagréable et hautain, en particulier un certain Mohamed au téléphone, incapable de parler correctement à des clients ou de gérer un problème de manière professionnelle. Le pire reste le stationnement : nous avons demandé explicitement où nous pouvions nous garer et on nous a dit de laisser la voiture devant l’h?tel, sans nous prévenir que le dimanche matin le stationnement y est interdit à cause du marché. Le panneau est quasiment invisible et aucune information ne nous a été donnée malgré nos échanges avec l’h?tel. Résultat : voiture embarquée à la fourrière et frais supplémentaires à payer pour la récupérer. Le plus choquant, c’est que selon la police ainsi que le personnel de la fourrière, cela arrive constamment avec les clients de cet h?tel et l’établissement ne prend même pas la peine de prévenir ses clients. Donc ils sont parfaitement au courant du problème mais continuent à laisser les gens se faire piéger. Aucune excuse, aucune prise de responsabilité, aucune solution proposée. Cet h?tel cumule manque d’organisation, absence totale de service client et mépris des clients. à éviter absolument si vous ne voulez pas transformer votre séjour en cauchemar et perdre de l’argent en plus.

A historic home with a fabulous collection of collections in the parlor, dining room and living room. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and have period furnishings and comfortable bed and sitting area. The stained glass and woodwork in the home is wonderful. We especially loved the seating nook with circular moulding around it- gorgeous. A menu is provided for breakfast ahead of time so guests can choose their options. The gracious host serves breakfast. The exterior of the home is getting a completely new paint job - can’t wait to see the new colors! This is a place to stay for a memorable and comfortable visit with a nod to the 1880’s. Fort Plain has a setting of the early days of Upstate New York and there are several good eateries within walking distance We would definitely revisit this Bed and Breakfast

Location is great, just next to train station. Room is quite spacious, bright,clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Special thsnks to Paul and Yash who are very patient helping me to solve some phone issues. Good value for money experience !

Endroit atypique avec une belle décoration et une librairie hors du commun ??

Just got back from a fantastic 10 days at the fabulous Telmessos Select the hotel is really well positioned in the heart of Hisaronu but far enough away from all the noise,the room was lovely, my wife broke her ankle 4 weeks before we arrived and she was really struggling to walk we were put in building 2 with lots of steps and stairs but in the morning they moved us to a much closer location to all the amenities thanks to all the staff they are all so welcoming and helpful, I have 2 moans tho the wi wi is so hit and miss, but my main issue was people smoking anywhere around the pool surely it would be better to have a none smoking area so people like me don’t have to suffer from these puffing billies thanks Telmessos select

Très bonne adresse. Emplacement super pour accéder au centre de Laval. Calme, propre. Très bon accueil. Chambre confortable, mais un peu petite. Très bien pour passage d'une nuit. Salle de bain également petite, mais suffisant pour une nuit. Si je reviens à Laval, je reviendrai dans cet h?tel. Places de parking à l'extérieur sans problème. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Niveau de service très bas pour un 4*. L Hotel nécessite une rénovation et une modernisation.

Posizionato tra Agropoli e Paestum questo resort affaccia direttamente sul mare. La spiaggia non era ancora attrezzata ma abbiamo fatto una lunga passeggiata sulla battigia e l’acqua è davvero limpida. Personale disponibile sia alla reception che in cucina. Consigliato a chi non ama fracasso e animazione rumorosa

A good experience, nice and very clean place. Food was plenty and good diversity. Activities during the day can be improved but i think this was because the season just started. The personnel staff very nice and helpful.
