Very clean room and not overly loud room

Peaceful and Beautiful property. Comfortable, clean space. Very hospitable and welcoming staff. Breakfast was amazing and many items were homemade on-site. Highly recommend!

Clean hotel with great facilities in common areas. Room was a little disappointing as Aircon didn't seem to cool properly and bathroom not up to the same standard as rest of hotel.

Amazing property, every detail clearly thought out and the rebuilding after the hurricane is phenomenal.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam, wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden wiederkommen. Es hat alles geklappt und gut funktioniert. Keinerlei Negatives zu berichten.

The location is excellent, the taxi dropped us off right outside the hotel and we were walking distance from the Ancient Town. The host was really friendly and helpful. He recommended us some great local food spots and was very accommodating. The facilities were great and the hotel was very quiet and relaxing.

We booked a deluxe room for 3 people only to get there for the receptionist to tell us they only had a double room in the basement and there was no manager so they couldn’t do anything about it. Even after messaging the manager I never got a reply. The sauna was also out of order.

They charged me twice. I’ve paid in advance and then they charged me again. Awful

We had a small double room, which was well equipped and comfortable. The room was quite warm (it was a sunny day) and air conditioning didn’t seem to be working. But with the window open it was OK. Breakfast, could have been very nice. BUT although busy but not that busy (there were empty tables) several hot items were not available. For the whole time we were there the buffet trays for bacon and egg were empty! Staff said several times they are coming. That said I asked for and received two lovely poached eggs, alas no bacon to go with them. Would we stay again, probably yes.
