2nd time staying and again, room was spotless, good breakfast, not noisy and staff helpful.

Loved everything about the hotel, except that the apartment was very cold. They did try to fix it to no avail. We had to use the bedding to cover us up whilst sat on the sofa. The breakfast was really nice and the staff second to none. We were attending a wedding nearby and they ordered us a taxi We would definitely stay again but maybe nit in the apartment unless the heating was fixed for the colder months.

You will struggle to stay anywhere with views like this! This hotel is the BEST, immaculately clean, wonderful staff and a fabulous English breakfast. We stayed in the cottage with our dogs, we couldn’t believe the size of it, so much space. It was so nice to have a spacious lounge, which has the most amazing unrestricted ocean view, I could’ve sat in the window for hours staring out! The cooked breakfast was lovely, plus a nice choice of cereals, juices, fruits etc. The communal hotel lounge is a great comfortable space to relax in with amazing views. The pub is traditional with a good choice of beers, ales and wines and good selection of dishes on the menu. Staff here are always so friendly, helpful and welcoming, highly recommend!

The Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was as you expect with Premier Inns. However, we experienced significant noise disturbance from the room above both at night and in the morning. We don't believe it was the other guests being noisy just poor sound insulation to avoid the feeling that elephants were above us as they walked around!

Where do I begin. This was one of the most amazing places we have stayed and we have stayed in some high end hotels and this was up there with them. From the lovely host Hilary,Ian and Tracy and their beautiful home. It is everything you imagine a stately home in Scotland to be. With views,all the little extras from fresh milk daily and maid service. Not only did you have a beautiful room with a sitting area but a beautiful drawing room, that you had the use off. Breakfast was a spread and cooked fresh just for you ( Tracy’s porridge worth having ??)The location was perfect to get to sightseeing areas and the lovely host can tell you all the best bits. A small negative but unavoidable by the hotel. The postcode is an area not the location but just know it’s on the A96. I could go on and on about this wonderful place but wouldn’t want to spoilt your wow when you arrive. We will be back.

Very poor. We paid for a deluxe triple room as it was cheaper than a standard double, when we arrived the gentleman told us we couldn’t have that room as it was under occupied and would have to have another room. The room was poor Avoid this place
