The room was fine. It definitely lacked some amenities as I would expect at this price point. I'm just frustrated that my daughter lost something really meaningful there and I called twice with two different staff members about it and they seems totally disorganized about the whole process. They either need to teach their staff better or have better systems in place. Not calling me at all after I called twice and messaged about it is pretty pathetic

I enjoyed my stay here.. the view from my hotel was so beautiful.. the staff were very friendly and helpful.. the room was clean too.. you can watch the sunset at the balcony

The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The hotel was charming and perfectly located between the beach and entertainment district. The staff was kind, helpful, and informative. I would highly recommend this quaint boutique to all travelers. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

When booking the hotel it said breakfast was included, however once there we found out you have to pay for the gratuity (20%). Also for breakfast the service was so slow, long waits, no checking or refilling waters. The restaurant for dinner is the same, slow service and water was not refilled the entire time, but 20% tip is already added to the check. The parking situation is street parking, however there is not much room on the street. Trying to park with the dinner rush was impossible after coming back from the beach. For house cleaning, the room they only swapped out towels, did not change bedsheets and left some wet towels in the room.

Es gibt einige Baby Hunde, die den ein oder anderen Gast vielleicht st?ren, da sie ab und zu bellen. Wir waren zu viert hier, uns hat das Ambiente ausgezeichnet gefallen, das Frühstück war schlicht, aber ausreichend. Leider kein Buffet. für den Betrag k?nnen wir das Hotel mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen

We stayed here for 4 nights for my partners birthday and the service we received was amazing. As I had told them it was her birthday before we arrived they provided some fudge and a bottle of brut on top of the complimentary shortbread. They also wrote her a card saying happy birthday which really was the cherry on top. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else to as well.

First we got the wrong room, a king not two doubles. The room we got was pretty rundown and the deadbolt was broken and hanging. No one checks breakfast wristbands, so a lot of randoms walking in to clean to clean out the buffet. Also a lot of shady characters hanging out. Stay somewhere else.
