Si el 5 es la máxima evaluación, este hotel tiene 10. El hotel mas hermoso, mejor atendido, restaurante de primera, habitaciones de ensue?o, personal maravilloso. Por eso ha ganado dos estrellas michelin consecutivas. No duden en pagar por estar aqui, vale cada peso. Mil felicidades que orgullo para México tener un hotel asi. This is such a fantastic hotel. I went there for 5 days as part of a father-son late skiing trip at the end of April/ early May. Everything was perfect in the hotel from the room, to the service level throughout the hotel and the great breakfast and dinner. There was literally nothing that wasn't perfect. We had room 323 which was a very quiet room right next to the river. Value for money was overall very good with a great half board with ample of choices during the buffet breakfast and dinner.

We were extremely disappointed with amenities available. NO microwave, NO toaster, NO bowls and spoons, NO toilet brush. Difficulty filling a kettle under the basin tap. Poor seating, Door was not draft proof. Why so many lights?

新装修的房子，房间面积较大，房间设施很新，距离九华山游客中心步行不到十分钟，民宿位置极佳。唯独所住的房间是半地下的感觉，不舒服。原因可能是外边公路路面抬升，这家民宿又在公路旁所形成的。另外，房间比较潮，地面都可以看到湿气太重所形成的水迹，开了一夜的空调除湿，早上才感觉床上棉织物不黏身。还有人员的培训应该重视，只要老板自己服务态度好还不够，毕竟许多时间是员工在和客人接触。因为天热，洗的衣服较多，房间衣架就只有两个不够用，想借民宿放在外面（半地下墙侧面位置）的铁立架晾晒衣服，特意先问了一下民宿人员是否可以借用，结果得到的答覆是不行，问她哪里可以晾晒，好像让去楼上，因为当地口音和语速快，总之没明白。感觉老板的热情一下子被冲淡了许多，这不我吹毛求疵，是一家店的基础管理很重要，説白了可能会影响当地服务业整体印象。本地人见怪不怪，外地来的游客一生可能就来一次，印象好与坏都在某人或某事上。

房间非常乾净，住的非常舒服。老板人特别好，第一天在景交车下车点接我们，第二天因为我们想早起出发，不到六点老板就送我们到景交车上车点，还帮我们规划路线，非常负责！下次来还住这里！
