Comfortable , friendly , smart , welcoming and well located. However the room was way too hot at 26c and with the a/c turned off for the winter no way of controlling it.

Considero que sería bueno que pudieran apoyar al personal de servicio (meseros) con algo adicional por parte de los huésped como las propinas ya que son muy amables y atentos con brindarnos el servicio .

Nous avons adoré l’ensemble de notre séjour la chambre est pratique , le petit déjeuner est variée et complet ( graine de chai avec yaourt , les minis viennoiseries nous ont particulièrement régaler et le cappuccino était excellent ) Nous reviendrons !

Hidden gem. Beautiful, boutique hotel with character, and helpful, friendly staff.

I checked out the hotel a day early and they refused to refund my money they told me I booked through ******* so I have to reach out to ******* and ******* is now telling me the hotel doesn’t want to refund my money for the night I did not overall the hotel is in a good location close to all the other beaches and rivers but the rooms need updating and bug control they have roaches that’s why i checked out early

è il secondo anno consecutivo che torniamo a Casa da Carmen, e questo dice già molto. La struttura è il luogo ideale per chi desidera rilassarsi dopo una giornata sugli sci nel comprensorio di Fai della Paganella (e non solo). La presenza di camere con SPA privata, oltre a una SPA condivisa a disposizione delle altre camere, la rende perfetta per rigenerarsi completamente. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera standard con accesso alla SPA e colazione inclusa. La stanza è dotata di tutti i comfort, anche se leggermente piccola. Il bagno è bello e moderno, con una grandissima doccia walk-in molto piacevole; tuttavia, l’assenza del vetro fa sì che durante l’utilizzo si bagni facilmente gran parte del bagno. Unica vera pecca, per quanto mi riguarda: l’assenza del bidet, che in una struttura così moderna rappresenta una mancanza importante. La SPA, dotata di jacuzzi e criovasca, è molto bella e particolarmente suggestiva nelle ore serali. Durante il giorno, invece, si perde un po’ di privacy a causa dei balconi delle abitazioni adiacenti. La colazione è nella norma, con affettati e formaggi locali apprezzabili. Un aspetto migliorabile riguarda le bevande calde e i succhi, che vengono preparati solo contattando il proprietario (le capsule della macchina del caffè e i succhi sono tenuti sotto chiave): sarebbe decisamente più comodo prevedere una modalità self-service per gli ospiti. Il proprietario è una persona cordiale e disponibile, forse a tratti un po’ troppo presente. Noi abbiamo scambiato volentieri due chiacchiere, rispondendo anche a qualche domanda personale, ma non è detto che tutti gli ospiti gradiscano lo stesso livello di confidenza. Nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata positiva e torneremo sicuramente anche in futuro.

Location is the best thing about this hotel literally in the center of all. convenient store, ATMs, fast foods, restos, name it , and all is just within reach, by foot. In front is a park where you can walk early morning or late aftie till night. Staff and specially guards on duties are very welcoming and helpful. room that we booked is at the 5ht floor (509), it is big and clen, ideal for our family group (2 seniors, 1 adult and a toodler). senior and child friendly hotels, ad they have elevator. soap toothpaste toothbrush shampoo towels blankets are all new and clean, AC is cold and new. with safety box, small fridge. free water bottle to all. It has an inhouse resto, thou i learned different management, but still ill recommend coz their breakfast is so good! (they charge for room service), So i suggest just go down to the ground floor where they're located to eat . the hotel is such a good catch and well recommended

Stay was excellent. Very near to temple, Breakfast was too good. Staff were polite and well mannered. Rooms were neat and all amenities available as described while booking. Even for Driver dometry was available.
