Room old and outdated - hotel needs refurbished in older areas - new spirts bar disappointing expensive and not that clean - nenus dirty with fingerprints and sticky - considering brand new they beed higher standards tho mains in Fusion were good but prawn crackers at ￡5.95 were awful

Lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the facilities were brilliant. Really enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna / steam room as well as the massages at the spa. Only feedback would be to have better AC in the hotel rooms as even In Feb the room was getting incredibly warm especially at night.

My vacation at Taj Dal Lake was absolutely wonderful. The property is stunning, what truly made the difference was the incredible service. The staff was helpful throughout our stay, they took care of us personally and ensured we enjoyed our stay.True Taj hospitality!

It was our first time staying this hotel and for valentine. Overall, it is rated 5 stars and my view the best part goes to their breakfast options. Although not much options for vegetarian, they can prepare for the vegetarian noodles upon request. It is best to have your staycation here or for a short stay. Also, quite near to walk to the nearest park in the morning.

Went here at the last minute and didn't regret it. Many first class aspects: the breakfast, the outdoor pool, the James Bond bar, the kids club - staffed on a Saturday night. But most of all, what a wonderful team. The concierge men were just so helpful and kind. They could see I was travelling on my own with my son. Special thanks to the Guillaume and Fabrice.
