Ongoing construction works that made the balcony unusable. Staff was not fair and honest as I asked immediately upon arrival if there would be any noise as I still had the possibility to cancel. Other guests changed the hotel.

Top Hotel, alle sind sehr freundlich vom Empfang im Restaurant usw. Gerne m?chte ich auch den tollen Wellnessbereich hervorheben und die Saunameisterin Melitta und den Saunameister Alex. Die zwei machen jeden Aufguss zum Event. Das Essen sehr lecker. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und kann sich gut entspannen. Wir waren bereits ?fters da und freuen uns auf unseren n?chsten Besuch.

Situation idéale pour se rendre à la Seine Musicale. Petit bémol dans notre chambre la moquette tachée de partout, toilettes non nettoyés et la table collante. Je n'ai pas signalé car nous restions une seule nuit mais peut être faire attention pour les prochains. Nous étions déjà venu dans une chambre double et nous n'avions rien à redire. Sinon personnel très agréable. :-)

房间乾净，大堂早餐环境优雅，缺点是房间面积有点小，总体感觉还可以，交通方便，门口就是地铁站
酒店回复：缺点是漏了一个漂亮的杯子在酒店衞生间，中午退房去逛街，下午回到酒店竟然找不回来，对酒店如此态度很失望！差评
