Das Zimmer war sehr klein, es gab keine richtige Tür zum Bad und die Flure wurden gerade renoviert, das hei?t, wir mussten durch Baustaub und Dreck laufen, um in unser Zimmer zu kommen. Sehr entt?uschend!

When the tag line of this picturesque hotel is, " service dil se" (translation - service from the heart", they truly live it. This gem was a last minute find, while going on an impromptu road trip. Honestly was not sure if expectations would meet reality. That 1 phone inquiry with Mr. Bijaya Mishra, the Manager of the property changed everything, his natural warmth and genuine customer's interest was assuring. We were beyond thrilled to be there and our stay was splendid!! "Reality way beyond expectations!" Bijaya and his team made sure we felt at home away from home. Every single staff reflects the same kind, genuine customer obsession. A few I must mention, Dev is observant and enthusiastically serves with a smile anytime of the day, quickly offering a refreshing drink while I was waiting or politely checking if we liked the meals. Ms. Emenda at the front desk was so polite, kind and eager to help, she is resourceful about local shops, assisting with the Ayurvedic spa sessions for us. Ms.Velify with the brightest smile and a complete delight to interact with. Shubham helping with checkin at midnight. The Spa was a must try, Sai ayurveda clinic. Swomya my therapist was phenomenal and vinod the male therapist for my husband was equally outstanding. The swimming pool is cozy and clean, the restaurant has a calm vibe and serves wonderful breakfast and other meals. Arossim beach is a walking distance and a supermarket close by. Great location. A big thank you Bijaya and your team once again for accommodating our requests and taking care of our every need so genuinely with your heart. Bijaya you are outstanding and you made our impromptu trip truly unforgettable and left us wanting to come back soon with our family and friends.

It was amazing experience, the staff, hospitality, food, cleanliness overall everything was wonderful. Must visit :)

You couldn't hear everything outside. People outside partying. The room was not that clean.

Servizio eccellente, stanza pulita e dotata di tutte le comodità necessarie più una vista sui faraglioni da togliere il fiato. Weekend di San Valentino goduto al massimo con tanto di cena speciale a base di pesce.

Stated room good for 4 adults We are 3 adults & 1 child 2adults and child sleeping horizontal 1 adult sa floor with thin foam

The daily charges for the room fir a small town were very high and support system was not trained. I will never go back to this property.
