siamo stati in 2 adulti più un bambino a fine luglio 2016 per una notte probabilmente per il fatto che abbiamo prenotato un po' in ritardo, con una tariffa assolutamente "imbattibile", ci è stata assegnata una camera pulitissima ma con arredamento molto vecchio. niente a che vedere con le foto presenti sia sul sito che con quelle visibili su ******* colazione eccellente sia nella qualità che quantità del cibo proposto tutto sommato, vista la spesa non ci si può lamentare

esperienza che non rifarei; igiene molto scarsa negli spogliatoi della spa e anche nella spa stessa. Il tagliere incluso alla spa era pessimo, cibo avanzato e freddo. Poca attenzione ai dettagli.

The room was somewhat clean. The shower was cold and wouldn’t warm and I checked it multiple times and was using the controls correctly. There was parking at night but the moment the clock strikes 8am I had to pay 4 quid and hour. Basically not a great stay.

????? An absolutely wonderful stay in San Martino di Castrozza. We spent five nights at this charming mountain hotel during our ski holiday and loved every single moment. The owner is an outstanding host—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. He makes every guest feel welcome and valued. The hotel is very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and incredibly peaceful, despite having many guests. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. The food is exceptional. The owner’s wife runs the kitchen and prepares delicious dinners every evening, while breakfasts are varied and generous. An excellent selection of wines and spirits completes the experience. The staff deserves special praise: young, polite, and very kind ladies who are always helpful. A special thank you to Susana at the reception—she is absolutely wonderful and makes you feel at home from the very first moment. Fantastic hospitality, great food, perfect quiet, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended—we would love to come back!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.
