Il personale alla reception è sempre molto gentile in particolare Mr Djogo è stato professionale e disponibile ascoltando le ns esigenze La camera era molto pulita e la colazione ottima. Unico neo è l'ascensore perchè essendo la struttura molto grande spesso si deve attendere per salire o scendere , soprattutto se si è ad un piano alto. Nel complesso comunque molto soddisfatta!!!

La camera era molto bella e pulita, con vista sulle montagne. Il massaggio di coppia rilassante e consigliato. Da migliorare decisamente il servizio spa e la colazione.

A wonderful 5 day stay at this oasis in the middle of a busy city! The room was comfortable and Sue and her staff were amazing. Relaxing on the veranda and at the pool was lovely. This was definitely a home away from home and we will definitely be back on our next visit to South Africa!

Très beau chateau, les propriétaires sont accueillants. Le lieu est calme et majestueux. Petit déjeuner avec vue sur le parc avec en bonus écureuil faon ou biche.
